Great service. Really friendly. Considering I got two orders from the company in Scotland it was more efficient than buying the goods local down here in the south east. They sourced an unusual size insulation for me within 3 days. 👍👍

The service was great and friendly customer service. The delivery was good and the driver gave me hand to get the insulation into the shed aswel so thank you for very that.

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. Be cautious—they sale items on their website that they don't actually have in stock!
They don't inform you that you have to wait 2-3 weeks. not bother to call or send an email!! After my phone call, they claimed the delivery would be the next day and that I would receive it by Friday. Today, after another phone call, they now expect it to arrive to them next week. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE!!!!!

Really easy to order, everything I needed was in stock and delivery service was great. Delivery person unloaded everything and put the insulation where I wanted it and covered it up. The insulation itself is really good quality.

A time slot for delivery would have been helpful and contact details to arrange the delivery would again be helpful as I had to take a whole day off from work.

I think the customer service of this company is outstanding. We found the materials online after being let down by a different local company, and required materials last minute for a project with time constraints.
I ordered the goods late Thursday night. By 8am the next morning, they had been dispatched.
I also filled out the incorrect address accidentally, so I emailed the company. They responded within an hour saying that they had been in touch with the courier to let them know.
Best prices I could find for the insulation, and the delivery was free. The goods have been delivered today (Monday). Phenomenal considering they came from Scotland to Mid Wales! Very happy customer, thank you :)

Very helpful on the phone and good clear website, thank you! Let down in my experience by external delivery service, APC. I appreciate I was a much smaller delivery than others so that might have influenced the delivery service used.

Good price on most items but then whacked an enormous delivery charge on top. You don't expect to pay for delivery fom most companies on a £100+ order these days and this was £2500 worth of materials! At least be upfront about it.
That said, delivery driver was very helpful.
Some items slightly damaged but they were pretty fragile to be fair and it hasn't affected the job.

Ordered some rolls of air tight tape on a Friday with 1-2 days delivery, we needed it on Wednesday. Nothing delivered in Tuesday so called up on Wednesday morning and it hadn't even been dispatched so had to cancel. Had to make a 2 hour round trip to buy some to keep the job going.
