Definitely a worthwhile course.
Overall a good course with some great advice and strategies to cope with difficult situations. I do feel that the course seemed more at an older child/persons level as oppose to smaller, younger primary age children. However, there was some good advise given to support us when facing a situations involving smaller children. Highly recommend this course.

The instructor, James, was excellent. Very clear demonstrations and instructions. Also kept reviewing some things to consider such as safeguarding implications.
