We had multiple problems with the communication

We had multiple problems with the communication from Interie. Our order was significantly delayed, which would have been fine had they advised us along the way. Emails were continually not replied to and lies were told about the progress of our order. They advised us we would be compensated for our troubles but yet again they are no longer responding to our emails. When our furniture arrived it was fine but not worth the unnecessary stress it had caused. I’d advise you to shop elsewhere.

Looks great

Looks great, but very soft wood. Not for a parent to sit on the bed. Trundle looks flimsy, to be honest, expected a bit better quality for a price.

The worst company ever.

This is genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is non-existent. I think what makes it worse is that its kids furniture, so when you order nursery furniture you rely on those delivery times, but they don't honour them, or update you, or get back to you at all. So you're left stuck - you can't get a refund because they ignore emails and you can't get through to customer services on the phone, you can't get any updates, you can't afford to lose the money you've paid out, so you don't want to order from elsewhere in case by some miracle your order shows up... so what are you supposed to do?
I've decided to contact trading standards, and I really recommend that others do the same, because surely this can't go on? Surely they can't keep getting away with this? It's not an isolated incident, it's a terrible company. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else.

Furniture fab communication dire

I ordered my desk bed in November it has been constantly deferred and after initial good communication everything stopped. Suddenly though it came last week(March). Credit where credit is due it is really well made the instructions were missing but interie quickly emailed them to me I’d definitely recommend this furniture just be aware of the wait and lack of response at times. I’m so impressed with my new desk bed though 😊

Avoid, awful delays and no customer service!

Ordered 9 weeks ago started to chase a couple weeks ago. Takes ages for customer services to get back to you. I finally said I need a refund and they said furniture was due this week and someone would be in contact a week goes by a chase up email and I've heard nothing!! My baby is due very soon and this is the last stress I need. the baby currently has no where to sleep and they have taken alot of money. The reviews were more mixed when I ordered and know are very negatived so I would avoid this company. You can't blame covid on everything! I hope I do receive my furtuire very soon and I will update if I do.

AVOID!!!!!

The worst experience I've ever had. They've taken my money, refuse to get back to me in any way and I keep getting the same response from sales when I phone up - the customer service lines are busy, I'll put through a request and they'll get back to you - except they don't. Ever.
Can't even get an order update or a cancellation.
Avoid them at all costs. I wish I'd seen the other reviews before ordering, it would've saved me so much stress and hassle.

My furniture arrived after over a 3 month wait. The cot and wardrobe are lovely but unfortunately the drawers had missing parts so it was not possible to build them. Interie responded promptly to my email regarding this and offered to replace them, but having read reviews and given that we had already waited over 3 months, I opted for a refund instead.

It’s such a shame as the furniture is lovely and well made, but given the delays/ missing parts etc I can’t recommend this company. I have seen in other reviews that people have said that they failed to get responses from customer services. I found that they did respond promptly to my emails but there was very little that they could practically do to help.

Avoid - not worth the money

Placed an order in October and only received it in February after months of receiving the same email update... not ideal for nursery furnitures that babies can quickly outgrow. For the delivery, their courier was supposed to get in touch to arrange it but we only received a text message 15min before saying the driver was on his way so had to rush home. Last but not least, it was very difficult to mount and instructions were clearly not as user-friendly as Ikea manuals and all screws of different sizes were in the same bag.. so what happened next was expected, we damaged the main panel. The furniture design looks nice but materials are quite cheap and I don’t think our cot bed was worth spending £500 on it. Now the last disappointment, we haven’t heard back from their customer service in regards to replacing this damaged part, the broken part is extremely visible and would love to get this solved ASAP so we can finally use it after 5 months and £500 spent. Very disappointing and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

Avoid

Placed an order in October last year, arrived incomplete in November. Still chasing for the missing part. I originally got a response from their customer but had to keep chasing despite being promised an update...now no response at all

Avoid to order -I wonder if they are scam?

I ordered end of November, my furniture were supposed to arrive end of January. 3weeks later now but no communication of a delay or anything at all. Their web chat doesn't work and I can no longer track my order?! It says my email id is invalid. Which is very suspicious. Its not the first time there is delay due to COVID but no way to reach out to them?!Well I wonder if its a scam company. I hope I can get a response somewhere. I feel like a fool :(

Love the look of the furniture

Love the look of the furniture: Manhattan bed and bookcase by Bellamy. However 10 bolts were missing from bookcase; they were replaced in B&Q but then decided to replace all as they were better than the ones supplied. Also when screwing wire bedframe to tighten the structure one of the panels cracked; whilst bed not structurally affected its a shame it wasn’t lined up a little better. Overall we are happy but it is not perfect.

A wait but worth it!

It took 3 months before we received our nursery furniture but, it was well worth the wait. It was exactly as pictured and well made. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered nursery furniture in November and still hadn’t arrived in Feb no response to calls or emails. You only get through to a receptionist and not customer services, she was rude and shut the phone on me. This is a dodgy outlet do not order from them. Luckily bought in credit card.

Order a set of modular shelves from…

Order a set of modular shelves from Interie back in September 2020 and nearly five months on the item has not been delivered yet. No communication from them at all regarding updates of my order. Nearly bought a complete bedroom set from them including beds, drawers and wardrobe - very glad I didn't now as my child would be sleeping on his bedroom floor still. Would not recommend this company at all.

No delivery, no communication!

Placed order in November with a dispatch date of January 18th 2021. Still had nothing and no communication! They are not responding to email and the main phone number does not work. Would not recommend this company in any way!

Delivery scheduled but never arrived

Delivery company finally contacted me on 5th January to arrange a time slot for 6th January. The delivery was to be expected between 7am to 10am. They never showed up. Called Interie, as usual, no one had any update, or even seemed to know anything at all about the delivery. Informed that someone would return my call with information... no one has called me back. Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable.
