Great bed
Love the bed. It’s a really good size and easy to put up.
My daughter was so happy with it.
I found the mattress quite firm though.

A balanced review
A balanced review. Good quality item for the paso doble cot system and well priced. However the delivery service nothing short of abysmal, had 2 deliveries booked, first didn't show and I had to contact them second was late, again no updates and I had to contact them, Phone number either didn't work or they were closed when I did speak to them on the phone the agent was less than helpful, tracking information didn't work either. I didn't get a response to my Email that I sent and finally got a hold of interie on Facebook.

Hi Laura, thank your for your review and I am pleased you are happy with your new furniture. I am however very sorry you have ran in to some issues with the delivery company and were not able to contact them or track the van on their website. I can see that on 8th October you were having issues with them and contacted us via email at 13:16 and on Facebook at 13:21 which we responded to. I believe the delivery company re-arranged for Sunday to fix their errors but I can also see you reached out to us on Facebook again on the Sunday, which we replied to, as they were late delivering and you were once again struggling to get hold of them.
We work so hard to make every order run smoothly and I can see that we were able to dispatch your cot bed a week before it was due to be delivered. Sadly it seems you were then let down with the delivery slots you were given by the delivery company. Rest assured we will certainly investigate this as it is not good enough. If you wish to discuss this further please do contact us at info@interie.co.uk or feel free to give us a call.

Really pleased with the quality of the item, it looks great and feels sturdy. Little touches like the screw coverings are also such a good idea. Delivery was well organised & we didn’t mind waiting a few weeks.
