Absolutely abhorrent business practices. I purchased a bottle of wine through their online store, and after taking my payment, Avi emailed to say they didn’t actually have the bottle in stock. I requested a refund—but months have passed, and I’ve received nothing. They took my money and delivered nothing in return. Emails go unanswered, and when I called the number on their website, I was hung up on. Completely unacceptable, deceptive and illegal business practices.

I made an order because my Kosher keeping daughter was visiting from the USA, unfortunately they could not deliver before she returned to the USA. I cancelled the order by e-mail. but the company billed my credit card five days latter. Obviously no one can actually read at this company.
