James Castleman (the manager of the office) has been incredibly helpful and is very knowledgeable.
James has shown me around about a dozen properties now and always makes time, he is very friendly and willing to share his knowledge. I have spoken and met with numerous agents but, would have no hesitation in strongly recommending James and I will contact him when I sell rather then anyone else in Balham.

Most of these reviews are false
I haven’t worked with Jacksons, but don’t think it’s great practice to send mass mailouts to their database requesting glowing, personalised reviews on TrustPilot. This is the second time in 5 months we’ve received this request. It completely undermines the credibility of the online review system.

Very poor experience on a potential purchase. Felt misled and messed around. Not pleased at all and will not be looking to purchase a property sold by this branch of Jacksons going forwards.
