Needed a part for my dimplex fire. Thinking amazon would be quicker, being a prime customer. Big mistake. The 1st part didn't work at all, so they sent me another. That worked for 1 week. I then brought the genuine dimplex part as the first two were copies, I thought let's just get the proper thing!
Amazon listed it to me as genuine. And it was 4 times the price as the copy parts. It arived it was not genuine and worked again, for a week!
All of these faulty and non genuine parts have taken 3 weeks of my time, waiting for refunds, return items before refunds. Just a nightmare and a lot of wasted money and time!

I CONTACT J B POSTLES VIA THE WEBSITE ON A SUNDAY! NORMALLY CLOSED.

I got a reply straight away, out of hours!. They confirmed they had the genuine part in stock. They even offered what branch I would like to collect it from, the next day! Monday! I requested north walsham as that is closest to me.
And to top it off they were the same price as amazon to start with!

Wish I saved many hours, money and frustration and shopped here to start with!
It was faster then prime as I was able to collect it at my convince at whatever branch I wanted.

Shop local! Support your high street. As not only do you actually get the product you want, the price was the same, they saved me so much more additional hassle. J b postle is a family run business. Win win and my fire is as good as new.

Excellent Customer Service.

After I ordered & paid I realised the wine fridge could not be lowered enough to fit under my worktop, so asked to cancel. Nicki went above & beyond to immediately check with the manufacturer that its height couldn’t be reduced & when this was confirmed, cancelled & refunded the money - all within a couple of hours of my request. Tried to help buy sourcing another wine fridge of similar spec that would fit as well! Really impressive compared to how most companies deal with customers.

Easy online order

Easy online order. Phone call shortly after ordering with installation date. Two very helpful delivery gents anything that was needed for fitting was done eg adjust doors refit plinth etc. great experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend using as opposed to using online companies. Need to keep these very helpful small businesses going.

I had a quick telephone call to check out what oven would suit me, made my decision, bought it and sent the receipt (which came instantly) to my electrician who fitted it the next day!! Outstanding service, friendly professional and not pushy. I'll be back.

Very Impressed Indeed

Very pleased with the service from JB Postle and Nikki in particular, Nikki was a delight to deal with, very good price and delivery arranged to Hampshire for a Dyson HP09 air purifier hot and cold, only slight issue was the battery in the remote was exhausted so needed replacing but that may be more a Dyson issue, highly recommended purchase without hesitation.
