Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I took a short 10 minutes taxi ride in Krakow (Old Town to Zwierzyniecka 29) around midnight and was charged 645 PLN, which is completely unreasonable for a such short journey. Feels like a clear overcharge. I would not recommend. Be careful.

We operate exclusively on a pre-booking basis via our website, and all rides must be paid in advance. Without a confirmed reservation and payment, it is not possible for us to provide any service.

Additionally, the route you described (Old Town to Zwierzyniecka 29) costs approximately 130 PLN according to our pricing, which is clearly visible during the booking process. A charge of 645 PLN does not match our rates under any circumstances.

For this reason, this review appears to be misleading and unfair to our business, as it does not reflect our services or pricing.

It is very likely that you used a street taxi or another provider in Kraków and mistakenly associated the experience with our company.

If you have any booking confirmation or details suggesting otherwise, please feel free to share them with us and we will be happy to investigate.

Excellent service

I made a reservation online but made a mistake with the date. I called them and they solved the problem in 2 minutes. The driver arrived 5 minutes later. Excellent service, very friendly and 10 euros cheaper than via the hotel. I recommend them without a doubt.

Korzyatalem prze 3dni podczas grudniowego pobytu w Krakowie.
Bezproblemowo, podjazdy na czas, miła obsluga. Płaciłem ok. 10% więcej niż w popularnych apkach, ale pewność dużo większa.

Friendly driver who was waiting for us…

Friendly driver who was waiting for us on arrival, unfortunately he dropped us off at the wrong location. It wasn’t that bad as our hotel was on the same street about 100 meters away, he had dropped us off at the appartements they also ran

Excellent communication and reasonably priced

Excellent, reliable and reasonably priced taxi service. I booked my journeys to/from the airport via the WhatsApp link on their website which was simple and convenient. They always responded quickly and could not have been more helpful - even when I needed to change my drop off destination at short notice. Highly recommended.
(written from the perspective of a tourist to Krakow who only speaks English)

I would highly recommend krakow-taxi

I would highly recommend krakow-taxi, for the ordering is uncomplicated and the drivers are friendly and helpful even in the early morning.
Next time I would order again.

Prompt and Reliable

A big shout out to Krakow Taxi. We booked them twice, once for a trip to Auschwitz and again for a ride to the airport. In both instances, the drivers were prompt and pleasant. They were courteous and ensured that we made it to our destinations with plenty of time to spare. Both drivers were great conversationalists and pointed out interesting areas during our journeys. I would highly recommend Krakow Taxi for fellow travelers. If we are ever able to make it back to the area, we will definitely utilize their services for our transportation needs.
