Lambert & Foster Avis 

I recently moved into a new home through Lambert & Foster Paddock Wood, and the service has been excellent. Ruth has been exceptionally supportive, friendly and professional. She responded quickly to every query, guided me clearly, and helped resolve things efficiently — even after the move‑in. Her communication was warm and reassuring, and she made the whole process much easier. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend Lambert & Foster Paddock Wood.

Ruth and Melanie were fantastic throughout the entire process. They made everything quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. I was able to secure my new home within just a few weeks. They were both friendly, professional, and always happy to help. I really appreciate all their support and would highly recommend them.

Stay the hell away from this agency. I was completely ripped off, lost a ton of money, and wasted a month and a half on these pathetic liars. I have proof, and they even confessed to it, but they are still lying through their teeth.

During the last few months Lambert & Foster have acted as my agent in the sale of a small piece of grazing/agricultural land to an interested party. During the process the reporting and advice from 'Will' has been invaluable. Will has at all times kept me up to date with the process and he has achieved a very satisfying sale value for the land. 5 Star

The company were selling something I was interested in, after taking myself to view I then spent over 2 weeks trying to talk to the agent. I was advised by another staff member to use their planning department to answer my questions, in lieu of the sales agent only to then be told they couldn’t help due to conflict of interest.
I was also interested in the value of my current property as I am looking to sell, took 2 days to tell me were unable to give me a verbal quote.
I am not alone, 4 people have also had a bad experience that I now know of.
Such a shame as front desk lady was a delight, everything else was a massive waste of my time

I contacted Ruth at Lambert & Foster when I had two properties I wished to rent out.
She was very pro-active, warm & friendly & extremely knowledgeable, especially in the right to rent recent legislation changes.
She did several accompanied viewings, & gave full details of the tenants prior to carrying out the referencing.
Both sets of tenants are super & easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Ruth & Lambert Foster.

Not a great website for Lettings, as they only seem to shown letting STC meaning its gone.

So why only show those. Totally Unhelpful to people looking to let.!!

9 months ago we saw the house of our dreams and immediately told Lambert & Foster this was what we've been waiting for and ever since then they have gone above and beyond to make it happen. Rushed us in for a viewing, rushed to get our house on the market and with Sally's lovely nature and ability to really get to know her clients and their property we found ourselves full steam ahead. Although the process took a lot longer than we thought it would, not once did Michelle and Zoe let us down with communication and reassurance, making us feel they were rooting for us all along. So lets hope the house of our dreams is what we hope it is and although we hopefully won't need to move again, finally an estate agent we can't moan about! Lets not forget Max also with his very polite and responsive telephone manner and the whole team, really we cannot say thank you enough. Nicola & Clive x

THE AGENT Alex came out to view property of deceased relative.
He didn't want to go round the house because it still had some furnishings in it.
No other estate agent had raised such an objection.

When we were outside standing on the drive a thistle brushed my ankle and I bent down to rub my leg.
He said, 'Flea?'.
I most definitely did not have a flea, there were no fleas in the property nor about my person, and I took exception to his remark, which I considered to be most inappropriate and offensive, to say the least. If I had had a man standing next to me and not been an elderly, vulnerable woman on my own, I doubt for one second he would have dared make such an impolite remark. That tells you something about the sort of people Lambert & Foster employ and about this man's moral rectitude.

As two friends of mine stated when I related this, 'Bang out of order. How does he expect you to want to sell a property via his agency when he makes such a derogatory remark. You don't speak to potential clients in this most rude manner by asking them if they have a flea.'

I had two houses to sell and one to buy, which he knew. So he did his firm out of enough commission to pay his wages for about a year I imagine.

The experience was some years ago but has remained with me because it was such a disgusting event.

My father was a business man, a professional man, who always showed courtesy and taught us to be courteous in business dealings. This man had no courtesy about him whatsoever and no consideration, he was a cretin.

Lambert and foster acted for us in the sale of our late mothers property and from when Michelle first came to value the property to the final sale handled by Max and Zoe it was a very quick and efficient procedure would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 very happy with the outcome.

Lambert & Foster recently acted for us in the sale of an unusual property. Will in particular dealt with everything promptly, efficiently and attentively throughout the entire process. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Excellent service from everyone involved at the Paddock Wood office. Supported us through the probate valuation process and then did a great job when we decided to sell the property.

I’ve been a customer of Lamber and Foster for several years. They have acted for me both as letting agent and most recently as a property sales agent.
I have to say that the company’s service has been outstanding and its representatives (Max Webber and Zoe Moore) have been just excellent.
They marketed the property extremely well such that I had a buyer almost instantly it went on the market. Furthermore, they kept me well-informed at all stages of the process.
Overall, I am very happy with the quality of service from Lambert and Foster and cannot recommend them too highly. They are just excellent.
