This is a simple and straightforward source. My wife unexpectedly passed and I have been overwhelmed until I found this. Their are other services advertised but you get inundated with pushy sales calls and emails, but not here.

I just want to say thank you. I used Lantern to navigate the passing of my uncle a couple years ago and again now with my mother who has stage 4 cancer. It has helped my family and reshaped my outlook on death. I’ve been sharing lantern with as many friends as possible because there is nothing worse than having to make difficult decisions while grieving. You sent email asking to login to account to see new changes in program. Could not log in, contacted you, your emails with temporary passwords do not work as I still cannot log in. Now I see in my account (after you sent temporary password) that our next bill is 9/9/21 but we are paid in full! Terrible service, poor support…very disappointed…what is going on?

Afterlife planning has always been a stressful thing for me. My parents are older and to know that they have one place where I can find all of their information and desires for the transitional process alleviates a lot of anxiety and allows for fewer uncomfortable and upsetting conversations with them.
