David seems to be up at all hours of the day and night. Every email that I sent was answered within a half hour. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. BEST DAY EVER!! No more subscription services! Ayyyooo!
OMG OMG OMG!!!!! We were devastated that Microsoft disabled Publisher, but for a very small fee for the individual product keys, WE GOT IT BACK!!! So happy we don't have to figure out another app for our publisher files and I'm so happy we're back to editing and creating as we like! I've never been happier to "jump back in time" and use software that works and we have it for a lifetime now! No more paying for a subscription service and dealing with all the mind numbing Microsoft updates and forced use of CoPilot! I've never been happier!! And on top of everything else, I am so pleased with the quick customer service that David provided upon our purchase! SO FREAKING HAPPY RIGHT NOW!! Thank you again!!

I purchased my Microsoft product from this company in 2024. However, my computer had a problem and it has to be wiped out. I’m happy to say the company issued me another product key for free to reinstall to my computer again. I highly recommend this company. I also appreciate the customer service support.

Product is perfect and as described. I made a mistake with my order and bought the Windows version when I needed the Mac version. I emailed customer service and they responded in minutes on a Saturday and were able to get me the version I needed to help my daughter get her homework done.
