If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I reached out via email twice and still haven't received a response. I ordered my cup on April 30th and still haven't received my order. It's May 18th.

I love, love, loooove my medium purse. I took a long time to get here but I'm very happy with it. It's lightweight leather.
The packaging was plastic and bubble wrap only, if they had it in a box it would have came without wrinkles in the corners.

And your site is navigate able.plus also you have no way of contact a customer service representative, and it takes days for any response, I never in all my 68 years had to deal with such a policies or trying to contact a service rep.id this is your type of policy it should be posted up from before order is confirmed so customers are aware before they proceed

Hello, you have chosen the wrong product for this order. First you said that we delivered the wrong item to you and you want to return it because of that. But after we sent you pictures of your order, you said that everyone makes mistakes and that our company is terrible and left this review. We have been replying to your messages every day to resolve this order, and have also requested a refund but you have not responded.
Not personalized as I had ordered
My order didn’t arrive as expected even with all the emails I received about it being quality checked. It’s still a beautiful journal, but I had marked and paid to have it personalized and it was not personalized when it arrived. That was disappointing. It also took 2 weeks to arrive from the time I ordered it, so returning it would be silly because the person I’m giving it to will be gone on their mission by the time a new one arrived.
