When we first turned up on a whim
When we first turned up on a whim, it was 3.50pm on a Sunday afternoon and nearly closing time but even so we were made welcome to have a look around and took printed details of the van we were interested in away with us for further consideration. After a bad experience here many years ago we were pleasantly surprised. No pushy salesmen here, nothing was too much trouble for Nick. He made the sale a smooth transaction and his humour made it a pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended
We wanted a Luton type van with a tail-lift and maximum feasible payload capacity.
Mark outlined the range of possibilities so we were able to narrow them down.
He also explained how the only truly accurate way to assess the load capacity of a particular chassis / body / tail-lift combination is to weigh the vehicle. And he kindly had this done for our shortlisted vehicle, which met our needs, and we confidently bought it.
A good sale by a good salesman in the best sense of the term. Highly recommended.

The easiest van purchase!
Purchasing our new vehicle was made seamless. Nick is a fantastic salesman and was very thorough and helpful. He even managed to up sale the warranty package to us, which made sense to utilise as it was a good deal.
A good easy company to deal with and we will have no hesitation to go back there for future sales.

A faultless experience from start to finish. Mark was absolutely amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, with zero pressure to buy. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

I saw an advert for a Iveco daily on eBay from M4 vans .I contacted by phone and spoke to Mark ,he explained fully about the van ,he went above and beyond to get me all the information and measurements that I asked for. Not only was I dealt with very professionally by Mark it was also the rest of the staff each time I contacted.On the day I went to look at the van he was on holiday he messaged me that morning confirming what time I would be arriving he went above and beyond to take time from his holiday and come to meet me also on the next day when I went to pick the van up.I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be purchasing again . Great company to deal with! Jeremy was very helpful, friendly, and informative throughout our van purchase.
We’re based in Edinburgh and chose them because their service really stood out — they delivered the van on the agreed date, and when a few minor bodywork issues came up, they immediately advised me to take it to a local repair shop and covered the cost without hesitation.
They’ll definitely be my first choice next time our company needs any vans. Highly recommended!
