I recently placed an order with Malani Jewelers and had a very disappointing experience. My ring was shipped via FedEx 2-Day, but the package never arrived on the expected date. When I contacted customer service, the representative I spoke with, Shiva, told me he had no idea where my package was. For a guaranteed 2-Day shipment, this was extremely frustrating.

On top of that, I learned there were details about ring sizing that were not handled correctly. My order invoice clearly shows no resizing instructions, and I never requested resizing. When I purchased the ring, I was told it would be sold as is in size 6.25, yet the communication afterwards was confusing and made me question the transparency of the process.

This experience has really affected my trust in the company. I expected clearer communication, accountability, and faster resolution for an order of this value.

The experience was filled with dishonesty and deception. I purchased an 8-gram gold chain, which was supposed to match that weight, and I was charged accordingly. The salesperson asked me to wait, mentioning I might receive a small refund. She took the chain into another room and returned with a different tag of 7.7 grams. She insisted that she never mentioned a refund and confirmed that the weight was only 7.7 grams. I advise against buying from this store, whether in person or online.

For a business handling large value jewelry transactions, this level of non responsiveness and consistency in payment policy is deeply concerning.
I strongly advise future customers to obtain written confirmation of all payment terms and inventory commitments before remitting funds, regardless of the method presented online.

Sold the watch with modified dial and told it is genuine watch. Do not trust.

On November 4th, my husband and I visited Malani Jewelers seeking a new Rolex. Despite our clear request for a new watch, the salesperson, initially presented us with a preowned piece, only disclosing it after my husband chose it. Feeling deceived, we discovered the warranty card had another person’s name. When confronted, they refused a refund, offering only store credit.

Later, we bought another Rolex from an authorized dealer, confirming its (watch that we bought from Malani) authenticity through Rolex’s service process. Shockingly, the watch from Malani was labeled ‘partially or entirely counterfeit.’ Disappointed, I left a one-star review, prompting a call from Malani, who acknowledged their supplier’s error. Despite promising a resolution, their refund process lacked empathy and offered no compensation for our inconvenience, including a 15-hour round trip to return the watch.

We also encourage everyone to read their receipt Carefully as there are some disclosures/fine prints listed in their receipt about counterfeit products particularly for watches.

This experience was disheartening, revealing numerous lies from Malani’s team. Our story is a cautionary tale to prevent others from facing similar hardships.”
