Customer service is very friendly
Customer service is very friendly , helpful and professional . The way the whole system is set makes me feel very safe . I pressed the button a few times by mistake but the operator was very understanding and very pleasant . I would recommend the MePACS especially that it is really affordable .

I activated the button twice by accident. Response was timely, understanding and polite.
I have not been using MEPAC alarms for…
I have not been using MEPAC alarms for very long. My greatest problem is with the Outdoor alarm. It is so bulky that I carry it im my pocket and knock it causing an unnecessary call. This has happened several times so I don’t often use it. Each time it has happened the responder has been very kind.

Great service
I am Judith’s daughter. We were very appreciative of the fact the staff kept trying to contact us after we missed the first couple of calls. It must be so hard at night. They stayed on the phone to me for quite a while and called the ambulance. My mother had accidentally lain on her alarm thank heavens and was incoherent. It took me a while to get her off her alarm. The staff also rang back to make sure the ambulance had arrived. We are very happy with the service.

Thankfully, haven't had to press my button or ring you on an emergency call! but feel really secure that I can do so of I am unwell, or have a fall or stroke, etc!!

Mepacs, is an excellent idea, for all who have to use it, if you are in an isolated area or you may not live close to your relatives, or friends, or neighbors, then this is a wonderful item to have in your house, this way there is always someone, checking up on you each day, or if you are sick, all you do is ring your necklace, or watch and Mepacs, will arrange an ambulance, or whatever you need, to feel safe, again, also the people at the other end of the talking machine, are all very competent and pleasant, actually, I have not had to use it for that, but, I will be happy to do so, if needed.
