Original delivery incorrect. Worker on site ready to install patio but couldn't. So day lost and paid. Replacement delivered 8th June 2023. Unloaded but only after some improvisation as wrong tools on wagon. Supposed to collect original erroneous delivery but driver didn't have ticket, so still here. In summary - I'm out of pocket, delayed in work and left with materials I don't need.

Brilliant service fast delivery. Had an issue with a cracked stone. They couldn’t have been more helpful and delivered a replacement in a blink of the eye……. Many thanx

Good service from Merchant Depot but they are reliant on their suppliers who weren't really that great in the support and service that they gave to Merchant Depot in fulfilling our considerable (£8k plus) order.

We ordered Nam Grass and Porcelain Paving Slabs. Throughout the process, Emma (Customer Support Assistant) kept me informed of delivery times, availability, etc. When we started our project we realised we needed more slabs. I contacted Emma on a Friday morning and by the end of the day she had helped arrange for separate slabs to be delivered (they are usually sold in a pack/ pallet).

The slabs & grass are exactly as described on the website. Both good quality and should last for many years to come.

If we ever need to do another garden renovation, I’ll certainly use Merchant Depo again.

I ordered some Rio walling bricks and coping stones from Merchant Depot. All the way through the order and delivery process, I have been kept informed of the timescales and product details. Even when there was a delay to the delivery, due to manufacturing delays and driver shortage, Emma Bryant contacted me to discuss the way forward and to offer alternative products. I have been very impressed with the customer service and would definitely use Merchant Depot again.
