Merchtable has terrible shipping. I ordered on Dec 13th and they didn’t give it to their shipper until Dec 22nd. Their shipper will take at least 5 days. Totally missing Christmas… and their customer... Voir plus

This service was actually laughable. The first agent AGREED that the description did not properly note the shade of "red" as it was printed coral/pink. The manager then chimes in to say it was correct... Voir plus

Excellent Experience From 1st Order

After reading all of the bad reviews here I was apprehensive to make a purchase from Merchtable but am very glad that I did. I ordered an Amenra record on a Wednesday & it arrived in excellent condition the following Monday. I don't know if they've undergone a change in ownership &/or management but I certainly had a very positive experience with my 1st order & will gladly order from them again without hesitation.

Disappointing service

Merchtable have taken over as merch distributor of a band i listen to. Since they have taken over there has been nothing but delays, I've placed 3 orders and had 6 delays on them, 3 of them being on the last order, that Unique Leader records has in stock already. So until bands realise how inefficient Merchtable are, I wont be ordering again. I did email in after the 2nd release date of 24/4 asking for an update to be told it had been passed over to be processed for dispatch, 4 days later it has been delayed by another 3 weeks.
*EDIT* After reading the reply, I decided to add the order was a CD, not vinyl like they mentioned in the reply, and as for manufacture delays, I ordered it from Unique Leader at the end of March, and received it a week later.

⭐️ avoid, they are dishonest

I’m extremely disappointed with Merchtable, especially because this was my fourth purchase from them in 2025 alone. I had previously been a loyal, repeat customer. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a pattern with them.

I placed an order on November 25, 2025. Merchtable marked it as shipped and provided a UPS tracking number, but UPS tracking has consistently shown “Label created — package not received.” The package was never shipped.

Over a two-month period, I was repeatedly told the order had shipped, then told it was lost, and later promised a “one time courtesy” replacement shipment. None of those statements were true. No item was ever shipped, and no refund was provided.

One item was a pre-order scheduled the second week of December. It is now well past Christmas, and nothing has been delivered. This was the only Christmas gift I had planned for my spouse, and the experience was ruined due to repeated misrepresentation and lack of accountability.

I hope Merchtable addresses this publicly and resolves the issue, because this is not how loyal customers should be treated. I’m sure in time bands would like to know how their fans are being treated by this company.

I’m truly sorry for the frustration surrounding this experience. As the Manager of Customer Support, I completely understand how important clear and consistent communication is when it comes to an order issue.

I did want to note that I’ve personally reached out multiple times via email and through the review responses in an effort to help resolve this, but unfortunately I haven’t received a response back. After personally reviewing the order and tracking details, I can confirm that a replacement shipment was sent out and a refund for the shipping costs was also processed as part of our efforts to make this right.

Because of that, it’s disappointing to see inaccurate information being shared across multiple review platforms, especially as our team has genuinely done everything possible to assist and resolve the situation.

That said, I’m still more than happy to help if there’s anything further needed, and I’d absolutely welcome the opportunity to continue working toward a resolution with you directly.

Merchtable has terrible shipping

Merchtable has terrible shipping. I ordered on Dec 13th and they didn’t give it to their shipper until Dec 22nd. Their shipper will take at least 5 days. Totally missing Christmas… and their customer service sees no issue with charging me $10 for this type of terribly slow shipping. Avoid this merchant/merchant service.

Disappointing Experience

I attended the Guster conference in Saint Augustine over the summer and bought a small sweatshirt. Unfortunately we lost our home in a house fire shortly thereafter. I ordered another sweatshirt but could not remember the size I bought at the concert mistakenly thinking I could exchange if it was too large. I received my Guster sweatshirt in a size medium which was too large. I had opened the package to judge the size. The day after I requested a return or exchange from Guster. They asked that I take a picture of the item which I did sitting next to the envelope. Because the item was opened they would not accept the return. In today’s world this is unacceptable. Merchtable should evaluate the product and if in new condition allow the return. I will use other retailers moving forward.

Late with missing items

Back in August, I pre-ordered a record and a cd which, according to the item description, would ship on the 12th September. Given the item had to make its way from the US to the UK, I figured that it would probably take a couple of weeks to arrive.

On 23rd September, I clicked the tracking link on my order confirmation email where I realised that although a shipping label had been created, the item still hadn't been sent.

I sent an email to Merchtable that day asking for an update - for which I had no reply.

A couple of days later on the 25th September, I sent another email which once again, Merchtable couldn't be bothered to respond to.

To be honest, I completely forgot about the order and didn't chase Merchtable on it again and, as you might have guessed, they made no attempt to contact me.

The item finally arrived today on the 2nd October. I had a quick look at the couriers tracking and surprise surprise! It was only shipped on the 29th Sept - pretty much 3 weeks later than promised!

Late shipping is not really that big of a deal. The real problem was that they just didn't bother responding to my emails to give me an update or provide an apology.

To make matters worse, the items were supposed to be shipped with a two promotional artist patches - one for the record and another for the cd. I only received one of them.

Great job Merchtable! I can't wait to let the artist know how bad your service is...

My son had a problem with a band t…

My son had a problem with a band t shirt that was purchased at a gig in the UK so I contacted Merchtable and even though they are not responsible for gig merch, Bianca was absolutely amazing and arranged to a replacement T shirt to be sent out - she went over and above and communication with her was fantastic. My son was so happy and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Merchtable in the future!

Address Change was a Snap!

When I preordered an LP, I paid with PayPal, but then it auto-filled my address. I am in the process of moving, so I needed to update my address. I contacted Merchtable and I was helped quickly and with great customer service.

Hembree vinyl album.

Wanted to get the latest Hembree album on vinyl for my wife’s birthday as she’d discovered them recently on Spotify. I could only find this in the US from Merchtable. Bought a handful of vinyl from the states before from other suppliers and luckily they have been perfect, but it’s always a risk getting them shipped to the UK as most new vinyl nowadays is defective in some way. I also bought Hembree’s second album at the same time as it was on offer. Their second album played great but the latest one (Better Days) had a bad scratch which made the album unplayable. Didn’t think I’d get a replacement partly due to negative reviews and due to the cost of shipping etc, (Kansas City to the UK) but Mandy at Merchtable replied quickly and sent me a replacement which incidentally plays perfectly. It also reached me quicker than the original order. Thank you again.

Snagged some Gregory Alan Isakov RR posters. Not a mark on them. Previously never had an issue with shirts from them great quality. Ordered & received in a week just about every time.

Poor quality item replaced immediately

Had received an item that was not up to standard and Mandy quickly resolved the issue and dealt with a replacement item. The replacement I received was perfect! Very much appreciated it!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a product on 11/30 and I still haven’t received. Customer service continues to tell me my order is being shipped. A USPS label was created but USPS doesn’t have merchandise yet to ship. I’ve been told it takes a couple days to actually ship and that was on 12/13. Still no package or refund and it’s 1/3…….

I ordered 3 vinyls from this company…

I ordered 3 vinyls from this company and they arrived today. They were securely packaged and delivered within a somewhat reasonable timeframe.

The issue is that it appears they sent me a damaged vinyl. It couldn't have been damaged in transit, as the massive bent mark on the vinyl case would have been present across all 3 of them. It was only this one, and the product looks quite weathered compared to the other two. Also the delivery packaging wouldn't have caused this kind of damage.

I've yet to test my records but I will be getting my money back from my bank if they don't work. I'm very disappointed.

I cannot in good faith recommend this business. Being a business that sells these products, you should know better than to sell things in this quality.
