Miles and Barr have been exceptional in the sale of my property. They have made the process efficient and stress free. As a tenant over 2 years with Miles and Barrs I repeatedly experienced missed and poor communications, blatant failure to follow procedures and policies, including failures to formally received a complaint. Attitude of senior managers was arrogant and dismissive. A company very much geared towards landlords and NOT tenants.
