Great Potential, but Slow Resolution
I've been using Modelia for several months to create campaign imagery for my fashion site. The platform has improved in prompt-to-image quality, and I can see the progress the team has made. However, facial consistency continues to be the biggest limitation for professional fashion campaigns.
My support experience has involved repeated delays. In my most recent experience, I was initially told the new facial consistency workflow would be available three weeks ago. After the first week had passed, I was told the team was actively working on it and expected the rollout the following week. It's now passing three weeks later, we're over halfway through the summer season, and I still haven't received an update after following up.
The support team initially provided complimentary credits so I could test an alternative workflow. While I appreciated the gesture, the workflow did not fully meet my needs. As discussed with the support team, the examples provided either kept the exact same pose and background while changing outfits or used methods that still resulted in facial identity drifting in different directions. Two images could appear like the same model, while a third would look to be a completely different person.
For fashion brands creating cohesive campaigns across multiple outfits, backgrounds, and poses, consistent facial identity is essential. The current limitations have made the process extremely time-consuming, and waiting for email responses has repeatedly stopped my workflow and delayed seasonal campaigns for my business.
Modelia has a great deal of potential, and I genuinely hope facial consistency continues to improve. If not, I still believe Modelia is a great stepping stone for new businesses before transitioning to professional photoshoots. If this issue is resolved, I believe the platform will be much better suited for professional fashion brands.

Rather, we were working closely with you to find the best workflow for the very specific style of campaign images you wanted to achieve. Our support team shared multiple alternative approaches, provided detailed guidance along the way, and added complimentary credits so you could test each option at no additional cost.
Ultimately, while several of those workflows produced results that many customers use successfully, we understand they didn’t fully match the creative standard you were aiming for. We completely respect that every brand has its own expectations, especially when building a highly consistent campaign.

My only issue is that sometimes the AI misunderstands the descriptions we give and it generates a completely wrong image and we’ve wasted our credits on that one..

Yes, sometimes AI can still misunderstand prompts or descriptions, especially when instructions are very detailed or ambiguous. We know how frustrating it can feel to spend credits on generations that miss the target.
The good news is that we’re continuously improving the models and prompt understanding, and results today are already much better than a few months ago. We also highly recommend using reference images whenever possible, as they usually help the AI understand the desired output much more accurately.

A strong product with high potential ⚡️
I was very impressed with the output of the photographs I uploaded. I also tried working with illustrations (campaigns like Gucci Hallucinations by Ignasi Monreal explore this visual style), but the image output wasn't accurate.
The interface was unfamiliar but was easy to navigate after a few tries, however the experience could have been smoother. For instance uploading images from different sections in the Virtual Try-On was a bit confusing at first. Most image generation modules in Modelia are structurally similar with slight variations, and these variations can be contextually integrated into the basic structure. Uploading reference images of poses and facial expressions could be nice because it might be challenging to describe them at times (like in Flatlay to model).
Overall the experience of exploring these tools was brilliant! I'm exited to see how the product grows.

Total Gamechanger for Fashion Businesses
I don't usually leave reviews but Modelia has been absolutely amazing for my small clothing business. I have tried so many of the new fashion AI platforms, I signed up when most of them were in beta over a year ago and have seen some disappear and Modelia has been the one that in my opinion has risen to the top. Their features are great, they are always working to expand them and introduce new tools, and they actually WORK unlike most of the other AI out there. The best thing is the customer service, they will do a call with you if you need it and the CEO Jose has reached out to me multiple times just to ask if I'm liking the platform and if there's anything I would improve. They recently came out with an update and the images are just amazing. Highly recommended!

In our opinion Modelia offers a wide range of unbelievable tools, many of which I'm sure are exclusive. But of most relevance is that they're extremely user friendly and cost effective.

Estoy en el rubro de las gafas y había probado otras IAs de pago para poder adaptar las gafas a los modelos, todo eso sin éxito, ya que los resultados eran fatales y poco predecibles, siempre cambiaba el diseño de las gafas consumiendo créditos, investigue y encontré Modelia, entre otras IAs esta me termino convenciendo por su excelente resultado y su interfaz bastante amplia e intuitiva, además de todas las otras herramientas que no sabia que necesitaba

The overall quality and atmosphere of the generated models are high, making it very useful for visualizing concepts.
However, when it comes to garment details, the AI tends to interpret things on its own, which can result in unintended changes to the original design.
For example, elements like sleeve structure, button placement, pattern positioning, and silhouette may shift unless they are very precisely specified. As a result, some manual adjustment and prompt refinement are required, especially when accuracy is important.
Overall, it’s a powerful and useful tool, but for apparel use cases, improved precision in reproducing design details would make it even more effective.
