The whole process was easy from the first phone call to the follow up emails.
One of the easiest warranty claims I have had to deal with.
5 star service.
To add to this, when the unit was returned it had been damaged in transit.
I emailed with photos of the damage and within a day received a phone call to say they were going to send a replacement asap and chase the damage up with the courier service.
I can honestly tell you the the Naked System support people were amazing in their communication and support.

After sales service has been fantastic, i sent back my system to be repaired and the day they received it they repaired it and returned it on the same day, super helpful and with the quick service it meant my pool didn't have any chance of going green, well done team and recommend to everyone.

The Technician knew what he was doing and did it quickly and efficiently, and thanks to the 3-year warranty I had nothing to pay.

Water quality mixed. Soon after install water turned cloudy again. Eventually after multiple trips to the pool shop water cleared up. As season progressed, chlorine levels grew (no chlorine has been added) and taste / smell became noticeable. Hoping second season will be better

Simple handover from our Pool builder, easy first few weeks of (first time) pool ownership and excellent follow up and interest in our experience from Naked Pools. So far, it's been a terrific experience as a first-time pool owner.

Absolutely awesome support. Tim went far and beyond calling the heater supplier to resolve my issue connecting a heater to the Naked system. And the water is far better than a Casale based pool. Love it!

We’ve had difficulty keeping our pool from growing algae on the bottom.
We’ve had inconsistent messages from the NZ rep, and unkept promises of support, solutions and products.

It’s just a clean feeling getting out of a Naked System pool.
First time pool owners we were unsure of chlorine levels being next to nothing and with the pool shop telling us we should add some sort of I did. But after talking with Naked Pools our copper levels were a bit low so we increased the copper levels to sit around the 0.3 to 0.4 and found that the algae is no longer. Water clarity at around 97% it looks amazing.
