I bought this bracelet for my husband it is lovely and my husband really loves it. Thank you.

Purchased both a 28in silver chain and a silver raven head torque bracelet. First off both came in packages with Chinese labels on them. Somehow the tracking came from Canada. Are they Canadian based?
The chain feels cheap. Like rough edges around the fittings that scrape your neck. For a $120 chain, I expect better.
The silver raven head bracelet- it’s definitely not hand made or forged. It’s cast, poured metal into a mold. It’s a solid piece, but there are rough edges. I feel like if I adjust it too much the metal will become brittle and snap.
The ravens beaks are sharp enough to cut through a layer of skin or two. The underside of the ravens heads tend to dig in to my skin a bit. Not huge, but for $250 bucks I expect better.
Overall do not recommend.

Be very careful of this company!
Bought a bracelet from them for christmas, it was stuck in China for around 8 days. Tried to contact the customer service then and they were incredibly unhelpful.
Then it says it was delivered, it was not. So i contacted them again, after about a week of back and forth they were still incredibly unhelpful.
I wrote a review on their site and of course they took it down.
Please be careful, i'm unsure if this company is legit.
