SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered men’s overalls. Never received them. Fake tracking number “china post”. Company refused to provide info on who supposedly delivered package. Reported them to FTC. Disputed the charge but this was a major headache.
People who run these scams need to be located and JAILED.

If I could give this company or a so-called company a minus five star review I certainly would they take your money but don't give you the product is a scam!

I would rate zero stars if that were an option. Charged more than the order amount to paypal - whan I questioned it, they said it was an error. I received shipping updates that were meaningless, and a USPS tracking number that did not exist. Finally, they said the item was delivered, but the USPS tracking number was a generic deliveryt in my town - not to my addiress. Complete rip-off!

This company is horrible to deal with. I received 2 shirts that took 6 weeks to get. The colors aren't even close to the website colors and the sizing is way off. Even though they say "satisfaction guaranteed", they offered me $10 from my $60 order. Do not order from them!

Waiting 6 weeks for the package to be delivered to the wrong address in a completely different state. Customer service sent me 3 different links via 3 different emails, all of which looked to be someone typing out "order delivered" w/ my address next to it. The tracking link on the website w/ the order shows it was delivered to Georgia, I live in Idaho. Customer service kept telling me to check the waybill of my package, ok what? I dont have the package so how would I check that? I gave up in negotiating w/ them, gave them screenshots of their website showing it was delivered to Georgia which they would never acknowledge. This company is scam and their customer support is terrible.

Product never arrived. I reported it to them and they just said that the tracking showed it was delivered to the mailbox. It's a locking mailbox so it wasn't stolen. They also told me to check with my post office but when I went there with the tracking number they said it was a scam.

I tried to cancel the order long before it was processed or shipped and they played games with me!

Ordered a "Dreamy Knit" Boatneck Dolman Top and the picture was a sweater, received a tshirt. They will not refund my money or send me what I purchased.

I ordered a Shaun the Sheep toilet roll holder for $36 USD and realised it was overpriced. I tried to cancel it an hour later and they said I couldn’t and to wait for the product to arrive and see if I liked it. It took 2 months to arrive and it is made of thin cheap plastic with a large body and head and small legs! It looked like something from the $2 shop and the tiny legs won’t hold up the body or a toilet roll! I spent 3 weeks arguing with them because they expect me to pay shipping costs to send it back to China for a refund or offered me $2 USD compensation! I declined this and lodged a dispute, then a claim with PayPal. That has ended up with NOTIONNOVEL requesting I return the product and have to provide a tracking number to get a full refund once they’ve received it! I AGAIN added a note to say I’m not willing to pay the postage to China , which will cost nearly as much as the product and will decrease the refund I am willing to accept to 75%. I thought PayPal were supposed to review the case, not let the seller offer a crappy deal and then expect me to pay to return the product!!! I am so angry about this!!!!!!!!!

I ordered two of the solitaire and according to their tracking data they were delivered to my mailbox but I never received them. Contacted novelnotion but got nowhere. I even visited my post office and they are saying their tracking number is missing three numerals and they have no info on my package.

Ordered one product which was good quality so decided to order 4 more units.
Paid $60 and they arrived without working. I was offered $8 compensation. I said I didn't want $8 compensation, but a product that worked. I was told I needed to contact their manufacturer in china for that and ship my defect product to them or they could increase the compensation to $12. I told them to f off and I was then offered a $16 compensation. What an absolute joke

Disgusting. Fake delivery information, showing a none existing tracking number, until I filed q dispute with PayPal. All of a sudden they provided a tracking number showing the items journey to delivery, only it wasn't delivered. But, PayPal voted in their favour.

It took over a month for the item to be delivered... except it was never delivered. Received an email that it was delivered. Went to check. No package. Same experience as others -- they stall and say to check with your post office, check with your neighbors, check your security footage. Not that it matters, because... again it was never delivered. Clearly they need my $40 more than I do. Pathetic. Lesson learned social media shops are breeding grounds for scam artists. Shop local friends.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE! I have been waiting 6weeks for my order after I paid $10 for VIP shipping. They have sent me tracking the whole time. 2 weeks ago I got an update saying delivered. It wasn't. The only response I get from them is go check with the post office, check with the carrier, check around your house and ask you neighbors. The same generic reply message. Now...it's very clear that they do not speak English which is ok but in no way do they read the emails I reply to them. I've checked with USPS, UPS and FEDEX. They all tell me that not one of there tracking numbers. I clicked on the tracking number from the email and it says this site only gives you the tracking info and is not the actual carrier. So looks like they are either a scam or they have my money and don't care to do more for me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Do not order from this company. I am still waiting for 2 games I ordered on 12/3/24 and now being told the items couldn’t be delivered to my address, OR RETURNED TO THE COMPANY, so I’d need to repurchase the items because NN lost out too. The whole tracking info is apparently a scam. Do not buy anything from Notionnovel!

Ordered a novelty item destined for a Christmas stocking filler on November 16th . Item did not arrive until December 30th. The item was a small, plastic and very tacky. I assumed for the price it would be better made, of stronger material. It was not worth the $27 cost, with additional charges for vat and postage the total was $41.77.
Buying online is always risky, so I will be more cautious in future, read the reviews and I will certainly never buy anything from this site again
