i have been trying to contact someone about warranty on my dual pro sentinel 10 charger/maintainer. all i need is a new power adaptor. can someone get the ball rolling. i need this maintainer working to keep our batteries charged up.
Don't trust the descriptions or pictures.
I ordered two hatch spring lifts based on the description and picture provided on the site. Although I did receive the correct part number, based on the sticker on the item, it was not what was described or pictured on the site. I emailed the "business" and explained. I received a reply giving me permission to return the items. I then ask... since this is a result of of your site not describing ot picturing the correct item are you going to pay shipping? No reply. I emailed almost a week later simply asking for a reply. "They" (I think now this is someone sitting in their, maybe their parent's basement) then asked for pictures which I sent immediately. Then "they" said... nope, we sent the correct item. The item has now been listed as sold out and the picture and description removed. This was all over$30 which included shipping both ways. I really hate to think of how this would have played out if it was something expensive. Oh yea, why two stars and not one. Now, I'm surprised I received an item.

NVN Marine No return refund, no communication!
I ordered a Garmin XD24 heading sensor. I received. I got RMA and returned within time. ( I also purchased a Steady Cast & received). After 12 attempts to call (no answer), email 6 times, still no respose or refund on my $250 purchase. Scam?

I purchased a order of $3,000 and…
I purchased a order of $3,000 and needed to return three of the items which added up to approximately $300. I have contacted customer service and left messages at least 6 times, I have emailed several times also to find out how I can return the items and get refunded. Not one time has a person called back or emailed. Of course now the return days are up. I am contacting my credit card company to have the entire amount disputed. In today's world how hard is it to email the information...but now I look at the reviews and it seems this is a repetitive behavior.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with do not buy from these people. If you can even get them on the phone, they do not follow up and don’t respond.

Returned an order and the company would not refund my money. I followed the protocol for the return. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. I have filed a claim with the BBB.

Placed 2 orders only received one. Have sent 3 emails to them with no response. My account has been deducted over $2000 for the purchase with nothing to show or any response of what is going on.
They won't refund
My purchase process was good. I changed my mind and returned the items to their designated addresses with their RMAs 35 days ago (tracking numbers show signed). Now the issue is that I still have NOT got any refund. The person who gave me RMA does not respond to my reminder. Yes I did followed everything as instructed

I ordered a Navigation Light from this company.
After three attempts to have them follow up on a delivery they claim was delivered by UPS.
Each time they were unable or most likely not interested in following up on the order which was never delivered.

Defective Product, No Customer Service
I received a defective electrical power switch from NVN Marine. If installed, it would have created a dangerous connection in the Off position. NVN rep claimed that this was “impossible.” When returned according to instructions, they refused to refund my money. All attempts to rectify this were met with accusations. Extremely poor customer service. Do business with them at your own risk.
I mistakenly purchased the wrong item…
I mistakenly purchased the wrong item and requested an RMA. I received an RMA number in May and I sent the item back. It’s now September and I have requested an update a couple of times on my credit for the returned item minus a restocking fee and have not heard back from them. I wouldn’t make a purchase from them in the future. It’s just not worth the time and expense.
Product on site marked as in stock, after charging CC they don't answer phone
Product on site was marked as in stock July 5, 2023. Ordered product same day charged our card the next day. As of the July 13th website account show our order as unfulfilled. They don't answer phone, voice mail says mailbox full. Manufacturer says this item was discontinued. Have we been scammed?
Update: I was never able to reach them by phone, voice mailbox always full, contacted my CC company and told them the issue and they finally got me a refund.
I suggest if you cant reach them to order by phone then DON'T ORDER.

They were rude when I tried to return an item. NVN would not accept my return because the package was open. The product was not used. I purchased two fish finders and network cables. After further review I was not able to network the fish finders. You would think the store would mention that with the items purchased. The return policy for the items I ordered are as followed..."For packages that are returned in an unsealed condition or without the original packaging, a processing fee of up to 20% will be applied to the return."

Your company did great. You need to get another delivery service FedEx is a joke. The tracking said April 24, then April 25 and still nothing. I don't like sitting home waiting and nothing. It has been in Georgia for 3 days. I could have drove to Florida and been back home in that time.
