Quality of the material is bad

Quality of the material is bad, Sent the defective piece the second time. Very difficult return and exchange process, even if it is the teams fault by sending a defective piece.

I would like to share my recent experience with your customer care service, which was quite disappointing and unhelpful.

Today, I called your customer care number (022-62760606) to resolve an issue regarding a return pickup. A different Delhivery executive arrived to collect a return order that had already been picked up yesterday by Amit from Delhivery (contact number: 8983609609). During this call, I was connected with your customer care executive named Prajakta (who declined to share her last name), who unfortunately was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional during the call. .

She was not only unwilling to listen to the issue in detail, but also came across as quite rude. Instead of assisting or trying to understand the situation, she repeatedly asked for CCTV footage as proof. I explained to her that the footage is maintained by our society, and while I don’t have direct access to it, I would be able to request it if the matter escalates further. In response, she dismissively asked, "What proof do you have that you have returned the order?"

This response felt dismissive and accusatory, despite the fact that I had already shared a screenshot of the society entry log yesterday confirming the pickup. I’m shocked at the tone and approach taken during a genuine query where I was simply asking for help.

To make matters worse, Prajakta’s tone and approach were extremely unprofessional. I expected more understanding and support from your team, and I’m quite disappointed with how this was handled. When I asked her to transfer the call to her Manager, she blatantly denied stating that nobody is available right now.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and the necessary steps are taken to ensure a more respectful and solution-oriented customer experience in the future.

More importantly, I need a solution regarding the return that was picked up yesterday. I am requesting real-time tracking of this return. If Amit from Delhivery has not updated the tracking status or returned the material to you after picking it up from me, I fail to understand why I should be held responsible or expected to pay for it. That is entirely out of my control and should be investigated from your end.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the unresolved issue with my recent order. Despite previous communication, we have not received the refund for the earlier payment, although the item was collected for return. Instead, a new item (same piece in another colour) was delivered, and payment was again collected from a family member in my absence.

This reflects extremely poor service, and I am disappointed by the lack of coordination. I request an immediate return of the incorrectly delivered item and a full refund for both payments made.

Please take this matter seriously to avoid escalation through formal complaints or social media feedback.

Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

if i have an option to give review in negative i would have given that . placed order suit of Rs 2200/- i asked for return for that return they took a month after that now i am asking for my refund or gift coupon there number is switched off no response on mails no respone on whatsapp . Very bad service and very cheap quality product . NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE THEY WILL EAT YOUR MONEY >

First and last they have fixed policiy of no rwturn in most of the product and secondly if they implement return policy they will not refund the amount but they say they are givung gift card voucher (mera paisa nujhe hi gift ) didnt recieved yet dont know what is that but my Amount appr 2400 is block dont know what will they do but giving gift Haha

Very poor fabric

Very poor fabric. They sell material not worth Rs. 200 in Rs. 1200 after showing MRP of Rs. 2400 and discount of 50%. Totally fraud company

If I wil rate this app I will give a big zero because the product I got of worth rupees 1999 is worst and cheap quality and I suggest you all not to ordered anything from thiss app they have no return and refund policy. Don't waste your hard earned money on such stupid appp. Very worst experience.

I would like to tell you all that the product they give us is very cheap and they don't have any return policy. When we order anything we can see that there is return policy and when we began to return it there will not be any policy. I would kindly like to say that please don't order from them i need my money back i ordered 2 sarees worth of 1600 each and i want my money back. I ordered on 23/02/2025 and i recived it on 1/03/2025 they do not respond to us on whatsup too. Thankyou

Refund policy

I want to give them 0 rating as they don’t have refund policy which means refund the amount and they say we have gift voucher, what if someone doesn’t want gift voucher. Don’t purchase from them. It’s completely waste of money.

They deliver worst product, in the name of pure cotton they gave me some cheap product and when i tried to make their customer service understand this, she became rude n kept on repeating wohi product aaya hai jo Tum order kiye ho. When i wished to return the product they said we don’t have refund policy. You will get money in their application. Why on earth i would order product from their application when i had bad experience with their customer support as well as product. Then she disconnected phone, i asked to give phone to some senior, she said humare yaha aisa nahi hota, aap phone rakh do. Very pathetic experience. Just warning people to save their hard earned money. I filed RTI, many people do same so that this company gets banned and can not fool people

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, they can't even come to pick up order stating it is restricted area even though it was not restricted area when they tried to deliver the product. On top of that they are asking to courier the product to their warehouse and will reimburse only 100 rs. Not at all professional.

Very poor service

Very poor service. First of all they Delivered wrong product and then takes hours to connect to Support team. 2nd) courier company wont pickup this product as it doesn't match order details. Service team doesn't understand simple issues and keeps sending pickup three times without correction on pickup details. Now they refuse to send pickup and refund!!

What i ordered was different and what was delivered was different. The quality of the product is horrible. Can somebody take an action on Peachmode.. Such a horrible organisation. Cant believe ... how easliy these people make fool to public. Dont ever buy any product from such a untrusted company
