I felt that the email communication was very good and responsive. Although it was with different people each time mostly, they were all very considerate and knowledgeable and helpful. They gave good recommendations for the best possible pictures of your pet in order to make the best possible clone, and gave email updates to my order before eventually sending me pictures of the completed product. I would not hesitate at all in recommending Plush-A-Pet to my friends who were interested in such a thing.

Customer service was awesome, it didn't matter what time of day it was, the team always responded. The cat looked so good, my daughter was so excited. Our cats even thought it was real.

Ok so I’m updating my previous review because I did receive my shipment this afternoon and I am enamored by the replica of my precious Scrappy who passed away a few years ago. Great job!
The tracking number given me never did work which is what caused anxiety along with the fact that I could not seem to get an appropriate answer regarding the status of the shipment… but all is well now!

Communication was a little lacking at the beginning, but the work done is amazing.

I didn’t feel the plush version looked like our cat. I was pretty specific about 4 things and only one of those things was incorporated. The eyes were too small, the head was too big, and the coloring was too dark. I didn’t know about the coloring until we got it because the lighting in the review photo made it look lighter. I did ask to fix the eyes but after waiting for the fixes, I didn’t see any difference and by then I just needed the gift. My daughter did say she liked it, so one of us was happy.
