Horrible hidden fees!!! Avoid!
I’ve used multiple private GP services in the UK and have never encountered anything like this.
After paying for the consultation, I was told I would need to pay an additional £100 just for a referral and another £25 for a prescription the GP was about to issue.
These charges were not clearly disclosed before booking. This is not standard practice in my experience with private GPs, and there was no reasonable way to anticipate such substantial extra fees.
Had this been made clear upfront, I would never have booked the appointment.
Extremely poor transparency and a very disappointing experience.

Really easy to book and I got an…
Really easy to book and I got an appointment within half an hour. The doctor was lovely, listened to me, asked plenty of questions and helped sort out my medication. Really happy with the service. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I never review anything on here but I feel like I have to..
I made an appointment with a GP to go over some blood results I had done because I wasn't feeling myself.
Not only did my over-the-phone appointment go over the allotted time slot I had, I also received a call back from the GP 10 minutes later in which he recommended me something else I should do to start feeling better.
It really gave me some hope and security knowing that the GP didn't just end our call and go to the next patient, he cared enough to help me beyond what he was obligated to do.
I highly recommend this service! 10/10 from me.

Spoke with gp but feel the medication prescribed was not adequate .
I ended up in a very unwell state of mind I was scared and desperately needed more help.

Excellent care if NHS services unavailable
I am visiting Scotland from the US. Shortly after arrival, a sinus infection started up and was steadily worsening. I was unable to find care. My daughter located PMC online, called and scheduled a phone appointment for the following morning - a Sunday morning. Mr. Kishan Mariana called at the appointment time. He was kind, thorough, and professional. After assessing symptoms he arranged for a prescription through Signature Rx. We went to Boots and it was filled with no fuss. Within 24 hours I was feeling substantially better- thanks to the care received (and the medication to be sure). I am so grateful for the care offered by Mr. Mariana and PMC.

Very professional experience. The doctor asked many questions about my medical condition, medicines taken, symptoms. Prescribed an antibiotic. Sent Rx to my email. Suggested I follow up to when I return home to my country. A very good experience.

Brilliant service when our NHS doctor…
Brilliant service when our NHS doctor couldn't see my daughter for a month and we was desperate for a GPs advice they could speak to us within an hour and was very thorough and didn't rush us at all

Great I was desperate for migraine medicine.
Website I felt wasn't very clear on how much prescription would be in total, but definitely worth it.
Would do again, but would budget a bit more for prescription costs

Not a real GP
I paid a lot of money for a private appointment only to find out it wasn’t an actual GP doctor. It was with a physician associate. She was thorough but kept having to ‘confirm with the doctor after’. The company was advertised as a same day gp appointment but it wasn't what I paid for. GP’s have a lot more extensive training and knowledge so I don’t think it was fair to do that. The appointment did not benefit me as I had hoped with limited advice.

Convenient, efficient and you are front and centre.
I love the efficiency in booking an appointment with times slots available to choose one that fits in with my schedule. I love the fact I can talk to a Doctor about my concerns without being pushed through the door. I appreciate the time and knowledge to run through options and most of all the turn around time for testing, yes I appreciate it comes at a cost, but the peace of mind and future planning is a far greater service that i have ranged within the GP service. I felt there was a genuine interest to understand my position and conditions and provide clear options for my benefit and not classed as a number. The quick analysis of results and clear explanation leaving me fully informed. If you are not feeling at you best you want quick information not days of delay so you can get on with life. PMC have provided that service on every occasion and recommend them based on my experiences.

5 Star Service
I was traveling from USA, and only in UK for a few days before going to north Africa. Needed some prescription only antibiotics, so called PMC, who were able to assist at a very reasonable price. Excellent service.
