Doctor actually listened to my issue
Doctor actually listened to my issue, instead of trying to fob me off like normal NHS doctors. Prescribed me the exact medication I needed at the time.

I would like to say thank you for the excellent service I received.The whole process of having my blood test and receiving my results was very smooth and straightforward.
After my results were available, Mr Kishan kindly called me to discuss and explain them in detail.He took the time to answer my questions and explained everything clearly. His caring and reassuring manner made me feel comfortable and supported.

poor service but still charged
Wanted do reschedule the appointment for a jab for my son-in-law, visiting from Madrid. Spent 45 mins on the phone to no avail. They don't answer! So he attended the appointment. The vaccination was for pollen allergy, the vial for which he had brought, with full stamped documentation, from the hospital in Madrid. (He has to do this every month and was due a jab during a family visit to Oxford.) All they had to do was inject it. The clinic wouldn't do it because the vial was just past expiry, despite authorisation from the consultant in Madrid. This is arguable: clinics in Spain and Italy don't worry about anything less than 3 months over date. Anyway, the clinic still charged £50 despite doing nothing.
