Turned up on time, was thorough and fast, meat and tidy, no bull. Really reassuring to know company fitted original system and engineers working for company were working for company when installations were done originally. So good to know they’re happy in their jobs and their employees that they stay long term! Good price too! Paid more for a worse service elsewhere so nice to have faith restored in the trade!

Booked an engineer for annual maintenance service of my boiler. He arrived early and waited at my door until the booked time. The whole checking process was completed in slightly more than an hour’s time, and every stepped to empty the boiler and recharge it back was carried out professionally. The engineer has good manner and has taken special care to keep the place clean and dry. A nice and pleasant experience.
