I was asked to kit out my boss’s home gym on a Monday, and Rival Fitness had everything delivered and ready to go by the Saturday, genuinely incredible service. Jake and the team were so helpful throughout, offering great advice on what to go for and making sure everything worked perfectly for the space.

They were efficient, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me pull it all together under serious time pressure. The equipment is excellent quality and my boss was really impressed, which made all the difference!

Superb customer service - gave comprehensive and timely advice about options for their products with honest assessment of merits (with no sense of just trying to upsell or recommend most expensive - but a measured assessment of what might be needed). Quality of product purchased is high indeed and a great combination of price-quality. Very happy and will use again!

The online ordering was easy and efficient, but where they really excelled was when I had a problem with an order, they were quick to respond and sort it out. Even the return and swop was easy for a reasonable fee.

My shopping experience was really good.
I ordered a folding wall rack, I haven’t installed it yet but I have unboxed it and so far the equipment looks great quality and pretty solid stuff. So much so that I have placed another order for some weight plates.. looking forward to setting up my home gym fully, I most definitely will be returning for other items..
