Great product, well made and works great, you need to figure out the spinning technique and as soon as you do you feel the ball working.

Détails du produit
280Hz Classic features a military-grade polycarbonate shell and a cord-start rotor (string activation). At just the size of a tennis ball, the 280Hz Pro can spin at up to 18,000rpm (rotations per minute) and output a massive 16kg in resistance. Harness this resistance at fast speeds to build serious arm, wrist and grip strength. At low speeds, Powerball 280Hz Classic is great for rehabilitation and pain relief. Soothe injuries, such as carpal tunnel, tendonitis, breaks, sprains, etc. and encourage muscle strength for a quicker recovery. 100% non-impact isometric resistance.

The Powerball is really good and useful for strengthening wrists and fingers for climbing. The only bad point to mention is the fact you need a small rope (included in the package) to start it but it's not specified on the website. I tried another one where there's an auto start which is clearly easier when you want to do your exercises at home or when you travel

Does the job, it's just very loud and crackly. I have had the version without the lights for almost an year and while it has gone louder over time it is still quieter than this one (despite it being brand new). The lights are fun, but the noise itself has me going back to my old one more often than not.

I was initially skeptical, but then I watched the YouTube video on how to use the product. I couldn't believe it. It does provide resistance!

I love the Powerball. I did take me a while to figure out how to operate it properly. Once I figured it out I couldn't believe how great it is. The videos on the website are really helpful. Especially about keeping your arm still and getting your wrist to turn.
