coat I ordered…
I needed to return the coat I ordered because it ran small. But I never heard a word back from anyone except to give a review. I ignored the first request to give a review but not the second. It is a double breasted coat and I’ll turn it into a single breasted coat and wear it. It is a nice coat and the material seems good quality. However, I’ll never order from them again.

No response from customer service
Update: The company has reached back out to me after this review came in. They stated that my email was going to their spam folder. They were quick to send out a new coat to replace the damaged one received and it is on its way!
I have been attempting to reach out to this company since 2/13 in regards to a rain coat that we received being damaged. No response back from them yet and all of their warranty/contact us pages are not an active website making it impossible to have a replacement sent or this one fixed. 10/10 do not recommend purchasing from them.

COOL RAIN PONCO!
My rain poncho arrived quickly and well-packed. The size is great, as I can drape it over a small back pack if I need to, and the color choice is terrific. Haven't actually tried it in the rain yet but I'm sure it will be great.

My ponchos were received timely and…
My ponchos were received timely and they are beautiful. However, the USPS caused concern when one was delivered and it should’ve been three. I contacted SaphiRose by text and the postal service did a special delivery on Sunday. You could’ve saved postage and my fright if all three were shipped together as one
package.

On January 29 we learned that you did not receive the package, so we immediately sought further assistance from the delivery department to check this order. However, the courier company did not tell us the result of the investigation until January 31. Since providing quality service to our customers is our top priority, we immediately arranged a reshipment for you and the resent items were delivered on February 1. A bad experience was made right by good customer service.
The delivery was fast and mostly easy. I purchased a coat that came without the attached hood. I reached out through customer service who eventually sent me a new coat. The customer service representative was great and turned a negative experience into a positive. They were fast and responsive, but the interface system was very strange. I didn't like getting text messages from them and would have preferred emails only.

Very well-made. Perfect weight. Unfortunately the zipper is reversed so it is for woman. It is also slightly more snug than I would choose. Nevertheless, I can wear it and will do so happily. By the way, I am a five foot 10 inch, 180 pound male.
