Shingleback is the king of bike rack :D
I did extensive research before buying this rack as I was not sure that it would fit on my car but it ticks all boxes. It fits perfectly on my RAV4 hitch (regular 2inch), which was my main concern.
I don't have to lift 4 bikes for loading & unloading, thanks to the tilting feature. I had used cheaper racks but was always nervous about safety. Shingleback is very secure and I'm very happy with it.

The staff at shinglback were so fantastic
The staff at shingleback were so accommodating with the purchase of our 5 bike rack we visited the office to see the racks so we knew what we were purchasing, they were a real pleasure to deal with. We were so impressed with the product we also purchased a dolly and another bike rack.

It was so easy and convenient to talk to someone about which bike rack would suit my family. Then being able to pick it up from Wodonga and have it fitted to the car to show my son and I how to do it was so much better than us trying to put it together.
