Wish i could give zero stars. STAY AWAY. This is one of the worst "companies" for travel. Fake names to appear British. Refuses refunds and takes months to give you useless help. GUYS STAY CLEAR

Upon reviewing your case, I can confirm that your return flight was cancelled by the airline due to the Middle Eastern airspace closure. You contacted us on 6th March to request a refund for the affected flight.
As you may be aware, due to the high volume of refund requests, processing times are currently longer than usual. However, I can confirm that your refund has now been successfully processed as of today.
Skywings is a UK-registered business with over 32 years of operation. We operate through both UK-based offices and international call centres. We provide our staff with the flexibility to use preferred or adopted names, and this does not impact the quality or authenticity of our service.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused due to this global disruption, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Fantastic staff
Alex was extremely helpful when I booked our flights online. Encountered problems during payment and lost my booking. He phoned me and he helped me complete the process over the phone. Managed to save money and time if I had to re-do the booking again.
