I got a flat on the interstate in DC. Pulled out the Slime, which I had used previously so no problem inserting it into the tire. I started at 0 psi, and the air inflator stopped working at 10 psi. Fortunately, I had a spare that I keep for sports balls. The Slime held until I got to my preferred tire shop about 15 miles away. It did expand, which increased the psi according to my tire pressure monitors, so I'll make note of that in case I have to use it in the future.

Overall, I would've been in a different situation and probably writing this review with a different tone had I not had the spare inflator. But I did. And I do appreciate Slime for sending a new kit with confidence the issue I had was not indicative of a widespread problem with their inflators.

I appreciated the call back which is very rare for companies to do. Karen listened to the issue I had and expressed what I thought was a sincere apology for the kit that I bought for my daughter which had failed due to a leakage. After taking my information she advised me that she would be sending me a replacement kit and spare cartridge which was very much appreciated. I had already bought another kit today for my daughter because I have had good success with slime products. I appreciate the company standing behind their product even when there was an issue and they made it right.

Ease of submitting a warranty claim with photos of tire puncture, approximately 1 month old store receipt & box with UPC displayed. Great communication and prompt shipping.

My tube split on the seam, and I requested a warranty replacement, and it was granted it took a little while to get it but I very much appreciate it.

Great product ...saved me a lot of Hassel while riding my e bike..thank you slime bought single bike bottles to keep on hand in case of emergency

After buying a brand new Jetson bolt pro a looking up on your site the exact amount I was supposed to put in the tube I did so before the tires ever held my weight. I thought I was indestructible until about a week or two afterward when my back tire picked up a little tiny sticker didn't steal it at all tire went flat walked home. Wrote before they suggested that I add some more so I did which was not easy because most of that entrance area was filled with slime but I still squeeze in a couple more ounces. Tire still went flat on a ride of less than 5 mile ride, and yes I walked home!!! your stuff is junk a waste of time a waste of money You're a lot better to buy a thornproof tube than to use your crap. Don't waste your money

The first one didn’t work so they sent me a new one with little questions asked. They didn’t have the one I ordered so they sent me the next size up. The second one works.

I purchased a tire inflator, right after the first time we used it, it started to have a terrible chemical burning smell but it continued to work. We had to store it in a tote in the trunk because the smell was so bad and it stuck on the machine even when not in use it smelled terrible. I am very appreciative that when I reported this to the company they immediately responded and will send a new one. I was trying to just live with it but finally couldn't anymore. I am very happy with the service I was provided. I look forward to the new one. Mark Gilbar

I bought Slime 12 years before I actually had to use it, but when I did, it was a godsend. So many cars, including mine, don't come with a spare, so I figured the Slime would be a really good piece of insurance. And it was. But even with a spare tire, the Slime was so quick and easy. Well worth it.

Slime’s response to my problem was amazing. Clearly, it is a company that cares about its reputation and works hard to make sure that the products are great, the people working at Slime are competent and have the authority to make quick decisions. I am a very happy customer.
