I spoke with Vanessa. I purchased a “Slime” brand tire inflator. It stopped inflating tires. Vanessa offered to swap a new inflator and return the defective one (and also sent a return label as well). Was extremely pleased how this was resolved. Thank you Vanessa!!

Very inferior product. It takes 5 minutes to inflate an atv tire(10") to 20psi. Honestly I can inflate it faster with a bicycle pump.

Well honestly I have been using slime air tire inflators and every time I buy after a certain time they stop working. While I always use best standard procedures while using these tire inflators as guided instructed by manual book. Even I have been using their manual air pressure gauges they never show exact tire pressure. So now I have decided never to buy their products as this is waste of money and a big stress. Please increase update quality of your products.

I am writing truthfully on the slime products I bought and am not a happy camper…. First it’s the “Deluxe Tire Tackle 13 piece “ bike tire repair & inflation kit …. I repaired my flat tires, I have five bikes …. with your products/ patches… the self adhesive ones that are in your repair kit…… Air them up and I alright … I can go riding in the morning…. Nope I go out the next morning and all of them are flat again….. so I went back to the store and bought another Slime Tire Tackle 33 piece ….. used them patches for my flat tires and Again same difference the self patches do not stick to the tube ….. so I’m pissed at this product that I’ve purchased from your guys and all I want for you to do is reimburse me for this repair kits that did not work for me …… I’m just being truthful with my review

I have a broken garage air pump station that broke. I was sent a return label and told that a replacement would be sent that day or the next. I have yet to get another response.

We had a problem with the pump but when contacting Slime, they followed up immediately and went above and beyond and quickly replaced the pump.

The company was responsive to my concerns. Their representative,Pam, was very helpful and professional. I was pleased with my experience and will definitely look to purchase Slime products in the future.

I purchased the Expert Pro Power Tire Inflator. Used it once and it was Great! For whatever reason, the next time I got it out to use, it would not work. I contacted Slime with my issue, and they promptly sent me a new one. Now that is good customer service!

They agreed to replace the unit given the circumstances of it failing. Will send unit in using the postage label sent to us. Communications were excellent and addressed my concerns.

Had problems with inflator. Contacted Slime and worked with Fannesa who was great to work with. Return accepted and new one on its way.

I'm very appreciative of the response to remedy the problem with the tube that I originally purchased and the the issue with the next tube I was given. I like this product and have been through 5 tubes in the past 3-4 years due to the conditions of my surrounding. I live in AZ and ride on sidewalks but clearly the trees/bushes do not make it a friendly place for rubber tires. I will continue to purchase this product in the future as it does work, this last incident was a fluke where the valve became clogged from the slime itself.

It did take a few days to get a return phone call, however, the person I spoke to was helpful and went above what was required to resolve my issue.
