I had a problem with the device that I bought but customer service was great and is sending me a replacement!

Had a defective unit used it once and it worked great the second time I went to use it there was a screw rattling around that you could see from the bottom that was obviously too big to come out so it came from the inside explain this to their warranty center through an email mind you sent them the information needed and they promptly sent me a new one couldn't ask for a better warranty service or product when it did work it aired up my tire on a 1999 Chevy Tahoe from flat to full in 5 minutes

I have not received my order. I feel it may have been sent to an address I use to live at 2 years ago. I made sure the correct address was on my order but something has gone wrong. My address is 740 College St. Poolville Tx 76487. I wish there is a way you could check where you sent my order

Second purchase of your product of tire inflator….. original purchase was made at retail outlet…..after use was very satisfied…..bought second one for my brother on your web site….

I’d give this an even rating- not terrific but not horrible. The product I got stopped after 4 uses and under a year. Thankfully there’s a year warranty and they were able to send a return label and send a replacement. However, customer service was delayed a few days in the process. I know that sometimes 1 out of a batch can be defective and businesses customer services have a lot to handle. It was handled in a professional manner and got done and that’s what matters.

They replaced the item with no problem. Very perfessional. Thank you very much

I purchased a Slime tire gauge at my local hardware store that turned out to be defective. I contacted Slime about it and they replaced the gauge with no hassle and at no cost to me. The replacement gauge works as expected.

The customer service and willingness to assist me. Promptly replaced my tire inflator. They called me back after I emailed them and were concerned to help

The office called and apologized for the delay as the whole office was out with COVID. She found my email and had the replacement shipped out immediately! Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you for the great experience!

THE LID CAME OFF IN TRANSIT AND HALF OF THE SLIME WAS IN THE BOX.
