I was very disappointed in the Elite Pro Tire pressure gauge when I first received it. The device would drain the batteries overnight even though it was turned off. However, the support team has made up for this. Send me a new tire gauge and all seems to be working fine now.
Portable Slime Tire Inflator Dead On Arrival - Customer Service Handled Issue
My agent was very attentive and prompt in responding to an item purchased from Amazon that was dead on arrival. She understood my issue and responded with sending me a new Slime Tire Inflator. Very impressed with the response time and excellent customer service!

Fast response to my email and my questions. Sent a replacement even though I had lost my receipt.
Laura the customer service rep has been rude
Laura, a customer service rep, has been rude and disrespectful.
The follow-up has been very slow and poor.
Today I texted her this message: What is the status of my new unit? I have not received it yet.
Laura's response: There in no reason to be rude. I will check and get back to you.
My response to her: Sorry I'm not being rude. I asked a simple question and stated a simple fact. What is rude about that? I've been extremely patient and have received very poor customer service. I bought a product that doesn't work. I've done everything you asked. I sent photos on Sept 28. I am filling out the customer survey today registering my deep disappointment.
Please send a new unit promptly, at no cost

Amazing customer service. When I had trouble with my new inflator, I asked for assistance in figuring out what was wrong. Rather than trying to help with an unrecognizable problem, the company has sent a replacement at no charge.
I’m very impressed and am now a life- long loyal customer! Thank you
