Customer Service Satisfaction
I appreciate that you took my call and that I got to talk to a Real Person. Karen helped me with trying to figure out what was wrong with Air Compressor. After going through a couple of steps and not being able to fix it. With purchasing it 3 months ago decided to send me another one and I would send the one I purchased back to Slime so it could be looked at figure out why it will not work. This is the third Air Compressor I have purchased in the last 3 to 4 years. They are good and just what I need to help take care of airing up my tires and if I get a low tire while out working or just taking the boat to the lake..
They never sent a replacement.

takes several weeks to SHIP an in-stock order, and then the tracking number they give is invalid, then the product shows up in a damaged or defective state, see the photos.

I thought that I was getting a replacement hose, instead I got a new cordless inflator, how surprised to read the email sent listed a new inflator.
Order not received
Submitted on-line form question last night (9/29/23). Have not received my order yet was billed.
Tracking message; "Something went wrong
The search found no shipments that matched your criteria. Make sure the information you entered is correct. If you only just received a shipment notification, the package may be in transit from pickup location to GLS. Tracking information is not available until the package is tendered to GLS and has been scanned at a facility."

Great Customer Service
I purchased a foot pump from you in January. I used it once in January and then used it a second time in August and it broke. I contacted you and you sent a replacement to me at no charge. I appreciate that you stand by your products.
Quick connect to valves defective
Quick connect to valves defective, does not fit on most bicycle valves. Cannot use it.
Quick and satisfactory response.
5 failures and never worked when I needed it.
First pump failed compresson so I bought a new pump.
Second pump the first time using it the power cables broke and then short circuited and burnt the cables. This was due to the cables being under the pump. I guess the vibrations cut the wires. Re wired it to come out of the side of the pump.
Second failure. Like the first pump the plug adapter fell apart. When I took it out of the bag I could not find the cap. So for the second time I bought a replacement adapter.
Third failure was the hose broke at the neck of the pump. A little over a year old. Two pumps 5 failures over 200 wasted and never once did the pump work when I needed it took. I kept it in the bag, protected in a crate and not bumped around.
Third failure with the second pump and in the trash it went as Slime pumps have failed me 5 time in a row and never once helped in in a time of need.
DO not buy this product as it will fail when you need it even if you take care of your equipment. Poor design, poor materials, To expensive for a failed product.
