I have not received my product yet. When I look up the tracking number through GLS it has no record of it. I ordered it on the 19th of September. I have no idea where it is at

Great product had an issue with the can of fix a flat,the tire wasn't flat enough so it went all over. I called left msg they called back explained what I did wrong and even sent me a coupon for a new can!

My slime pump has broke a 2nd time. I cannot call customer service. Just leave my number 779-208-0841 and they call me back. In the meantime my front bicycle tire is not pumped up.

Slime stood by their inflator and replaced a broken one when it fell apart.

Received flat tire repair kit (analog # 50122) as a gift. Numerous times used kit to fill car and bicycle tires that were slowly losing air and deflated from unexpected events. Customer rep Laura Gonzalez was very helpful after contacting company regarding problem with product. Although I have never purchased a product from slime this experience truly reflects how companies should do business. If I am ever in need of a slime product you have earned a customer for life.

I have purchased several tie inflation products from Slime over the past few years. The last one was purchased about 9 months ago, and just stopped working. Called the company looking for assistance and their response was, sorry for the problem and we will be sending you a new one as a replacement. Received the replacement a few days later. What great customer service!

I sent a email to product support about a tire inflater that compressor would not start. They replied quickly and are sending a replacement at no cost. their customer service was the best!

Customer service should be fast. With triple record profits these Companies should do what’s right and put a couple dollars back into their Company. It’s frustrating to pay high dollar for something you get home and it’s broken. They should have folks answering the phones not emails . After all said and done. I got the part I needed to fix and tire inflator. And I appreciate getting the inflator going. And apologize for being rude.

My shipment of Slime broke open and spilled all over inside the box. When I notified them of the issue they immediately sent a replacement. Great customer service!

Included a detailed description plus pictures of what the problem was. Problem is defective. They didn't respond until I looked up their number and called them.

Product should not be sold as it is. Cause damage to my tube, I can only imagine if it was instead an actual expensive tire.

This stuff works. I live in a puncture vine (goat head) capital of the world and because of my limited eyesight use a bike instead of a car. Have pulled dozens of goat heads out of my bike and golf cart tires that were treated when they were new tires. Over the years a couple snuck in, so I simply retreated them. I guess that's good for a year or two, I've gotten away with 3 tears. I would be in deep doo-doo if not for this stuff.

I spoke with a representative concerning two inflators I had recently purchased that stopped working. The representative informed me that the models I had were discontinued, she spoke to the warehouse and had two replacements sent to me in less than a week.

Love Slime. My bike wouldn't be sitting in limbo if I'd put Slime in from the get-go. With my order for two Slime tubes coming, I don't expect to have any flat tires for a very long time.

I have used Slime many times over just as many years. works great. I even used it to seal sidewall puncture on a mower tire, Never attempt to seal sidewall for highway use. Just remember this is not a roadside emergency fix, unless you have an air pump as the valve stem is removed to add Slime to your tire.

Fast and easy you have everything right here I don’t have to go to different stores to find all the things I need
