Their products are really good, it's just that somewhere on my end, it went wrong! Very professional and very informative people working for this company!

Great Customer Service
I bought an inflator last year but blew the fuse immediately and that size and amperage was difficult for me to locate so an email to Slime Central was returned by Karen H. She kindly mailed some fuses to me, no problem. Then when I pulled out the unit to insert a fresh fuse, I found that the inline gauge had separated from the hose which made the unit unserviceable. Another message to Karen H. and problem fixed 👍

Excellent customer service
A recently purchased Slime tube was not able to fill properly using an electric pump (shut off prematurely). I contacted the Slime company for advice and they immediately sent me a replacement tube. Excellent customer service.

Don’t trust the 3-4 day shipping
You stated that product usually arrives in 3-4 business days. I just got my shipping notification and my things will be arriving in 8 business days. You suck!!!!
