If you are looking for exceptional quality, Sofology is the place to go.

Very relaxed with no pressure to purchase. The staff offered us coffee and did not appear to be annoyed when I changed my mind several times on which colour to choose.

The layout of the shop was welcoming with plenty of choices. All the staff were welcoming and not once did we feel any pressure to have to speak with anyone, we were given time to browse leisurely. Julia was excellent with her knowledge, her approach and easy to communicate with. We felt at ease with her instantly. She was very helpful with everything.

We ordered our sofas after three separate visits to Sofology. Each time staff were courteous, helpful and didn't give us the hard sell approach, which we appreciated. They asked if we needed help and then left us to look around, they were available when we had queries.
On ordering , Nicky was very knowledgeable and guided us through the ordering process, making sure we understood every aspect of our order. We would definitely recommend Sofolgy to family and friends.

Good amount if choice in the store. All staff were friendly and helpful but weren't trying to make you make a hasty decision. Luane Davies listened to what we wanted and was great and helpful in helping us choose a new sofa!

The service in the store was very good. No pressure just help.

On purchasing be very sure you understand and have been told properly that once signing the 48hrs is only to change the colour. It is Not to change your mind about purchasing.

What got to us was the complete denial even when we both heard the same thing and had it confirmed.

Even though two if us heard the same thing, that we could cancel, this was denied. Customer Service was appalling and sent an email which you could not respond to.

So my thoughts are that they want your business but once signed its tough luck even if you call them the next day.

I went on recommendation as most if my family had bought from the Chester store but very disappointed on the way i was treated afterwards.

Fantastic service when buying my new Sofa from Sofology. Pete at the Chester shop was A1 from walking through the door to final purchase of my settee.
