We had a man called John in the Chester shop that was honest,true full and found a 2 and 3 sofa that ticked off all the boxes I needed to purchase the right set. I have a lot of arthritis,and knew what would suit me more. I felt as if I had known him for years. He's a fantastic member of your staff. We both felt happy with our purchase. Can't praise him enough. Thank you John for your time and experience in your job

John was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the options available when purchasing our sofa's. My partner and myself found John approachable and weren't rushed with our purchase.

I visited the store on Saturday 10th January and was served by Luan. It was a great experience overall without any pressure or having to make any decisions there and then. We had pretty much made our minds up on what we wanted but wanted to leave to doublecheck our measurements. Sometimes when you leave the salesperson just wants to close the sale, but Luan was fantastic, understanding and very helpful with all her advice and explanations she gave. Needless to say, we went back the following day and ordered the furniture we were looking at. Not only did we order the furniture we were looking at but we also added a couple of things on. We would've been very reluctant to do this if Luan wouldn't have been so good in an explanation functionalities without any hard sell.

We purchased the Arlington suite and had visited the store twice in order to ensure we were making the right choice . The salesperson Daniel and i must stress was absolutely brilliant, we had made a sketch of our lounge and he helped us to cofigure the sizes that would most suit the room . All aspects of our purchase was explained clearly along with the cleaning and sofashield product that was available. Our experience at the Greyhound Retail Park store was stress free, great staff and we would highly recommend to all our family and friends .

We have been in a few times to the store first looking, then narrowing down and selecting and finally ordering. Each visit we met a new member of staff but the high standard of professionalism and pleasurable interaction was delightfully consistent so huge thank you to Matt, Nathan and Pete for your excellent care and attention to detail explaining what to expect, care options and product knowledge throughout taking us through the process.
