Great customer service
Earl was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the sofa and chairs I purchased. He never pressured me, even when I changed my mind about the sofa I originally planned to order, and remained patient and helpful throughout the entire process.

Great place for sofas.
Earl,the gentleman who dealt with us was friendly,informative & helped us make the right choice.
The store itself was well laid out,clean & well lit. All the staff on the shop floor were very friendly.

Attentive but not overbearing customer…
Attentive but not overbearing customer service. We were given all information needed and asked for about the sofas we were interested in buying and thanks to Andy our purchase was straightforward . Grateful for Andy’s friendly approach which made our experience a really nice one.

Emma was outstanding, she really listened to what we wanted and took an interest in what we were saying. Made us a cuppa and honestly nothing was too much.

Great customer service
We had already been in and spoken to David the weekend before, but spoke to Emma on our second visit. Both were very knowledgable and helpful. Emma explained all of our options without pressuring us to buy extras, which was greatly appreciated.
