Sofology - Norwich Avis 

We browsed the furniture freely, just informed we could be shown what they look like in different colours on the iPad. Lots of different styles to choose from.
When we had picked the furniture we wanted, Marcus helped and advised us with the purchase. Marcus was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Greeted well on entering the shop. Explanations given to us and then encouraged to walk around the shop and try all the sofas as liked. Not hassled by salespeople but they were readily available to ask any questions to.
Staff all seemed professional. Knew there product and happy to help with any questions. Not rushed whilst there
Sofas all laid out well and looked encouraging to try.
Sofas all appear to be good quality and comfortable.
As we wanted a corner sofa it was explained to us that even though it may not be shown as corner unit most designs could be made into a corner sofa.
Not pressured into buying the extra warranty and cleaning set.

What made our experience fabulous was the staff. All were so helpful and supportive and friendly especially Lauren ( Norwich store) who served us and guided us through the process of buying. We cannot express highly enough that Lauren never once pushed us or used any hard sell pressure on us to make a decision or purchase. She was a breath of fresh air and her approach was instrumental in our decision to purchase. It’s so refreshing to feel comfortable and relaxed when looking for something that would appeal to us. She explained everything about the different sofas and had deep knowledge of what would fit / suit our house.

He answered all my questions and treated me with the upmost respect, which meant a lot to me as this was my first ever large purchase and I was so tempted to just do it online. I’m glad I saw him instead. I couldn’t recommend Mel and Sofology in Norwich more and now I’m looking forward to receiving my new sofa.

Purchased a settee yesterday great service from Mark very knowledgeable about product , friendly welcoming staff .

Viewed and visited multiple high street suppliers to find the right sofa within our dimension and style constraints. It was noticeable on entering the Sofology display room in Norwich that there is a no pressure culture, and to be honest the products sold themselves without the need for a commission hungry sales advisor to trail your every move. Whilst i feel it imperative to visit a store to make such a purchase, allowing myself the buyer to touch, sit and become familiar to the products, i was genuinely impressed with the level of detail the staff knew about the product, features, construction and care for each sofa. As a Principal Engineer i found the quality and designs well thought through with attention to detail, and the comfort.

Laura (Norwich branch) was very helpful and not pushy which helped us relax and eventually choose our new Sofa!

Shop was full of friendly and extremely helpful people. I got the exact sofa I was looking for. My salesman Mark was exceptional
