Great service from Nicole
We were met as we entered the store by a young lady called Nicole she was very pleasant and helpful and answered any questions we had, l must say that we left the store feeling very happy with the service we had from this young lady. I was not told by anyone that there is a delivery charge of £129. Most disappointing.

Excellent service
We purchased 2 two seater sofas and footstool
Zacklyn was extremely helpful answered all our questions and was never too pushy.
We found her very knowledgeable and helpful for us.

Great customer service experience
Nicole was courteous and extremely helpful during our recent visit. She listened to our requirements and took the time to show us round sofas that met our requirements. Her great customer service made our purchase easy. Now just need to await the delivery.

Great service
