Very friendly and helpful service
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas but were not pushy with a sale . They were also great with the kids while we were looking around the store.

9 months pregnant. No sofa and cancellation fee still applies despite being lied to
Edit 18/08/26: After more back and forth, our order was cancelled and we received a full refund.
Got mislead during the purchase process, being told that the sofa would fit through the door since the backs and armrest could be broken down.
After two failed deliveries, lack of communication between Sofology and the delivery warehouse (turns out not all the backs come off), and multiple chases via phone and in-person at the store, we are left with no sofa and Sofology is not willing to waiver the cancellation fee (over £600). Now we have no sofa, it looks likely that we will be £600 out of pocket and I am 9 months pregnant. Terrible company that does not care about the wellbeing of their customers.
We will keep fighting to get the cancellation fee waivered. It is the least they could do as a goodwill gesture for all the stress, anxiety and disappointment they have caused a heavily pregnant woman and her family.
Unacceptable.
