Me and my husband went just casually in to Sofology to have a look. We are in search for a new sofa but nothing urgent. Met John and ended up buying our dream sofa. He was absolutely fantastic, such a lovely man and explained everything so well to us in detail, we felt very secure with him. A big thanks to John for making our day!

Went looking for a sofa.
Had a few parameters in mind, mostly for hight, size and comfort for the better half.
Having narrowed the field down to a couple the Lady ( Fern ) who asked if we needed help was very lovely, patient and helpful. Taking time to explain the pro’s and cons and narrowed it down.
She had great product knowledge and explained everything really well.
Even though she was obviously quite busy, we didnt feel rushed or neglected, in fact I felt I was taking too much of her time as there were other customers she needed to tend to. It made me feel quite special. Really good customer service.
I would recommend the store for the great service alone
She deserves a raise from my perspective.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sofology.
I spent £8,000 on two sofas, and both were delivered faulty from day one. It was very difficult and time-consuming to get through to customer service to report the issues. Once the faults were finally logged, replacement parts were sent — but this took between two weeks to a month each time. To make matters worse, the parts arrived faulty on three separate occasions.
After the correct parts eventually arrived, technician visits were arranged. However, despite at least seven separate visits — each requiring me to stay home all day — the faults were never properly fixed.
It has now been almost a year, and both sofas are still not in working condition. I requested a refund or replacement, but instead I was offered just £50 as compensation. This is frankly unacceptable considering the amount of money spent and the ongoing inconvenience.
I am left with two faulty sofas in my home, £8,000 out of pocket, and a year of wasted time and frustration. This has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Steve served us today. He was very nice and went out of his way to be super friendly and helpful, made us feel at ease throughout the whole process, and was very informative about the Sofa that we wanted to buy. Thank you!

Steve was very welcoming and chatted as we were old friends. He applied no pressure at all which was most rehefresting. He explained very clearly and to the point, I have chatted to sales persons but with Steve it was rehefresting. Very good sales person. I have never been in sofology before and I felt the quality was good and just what I was looking for. Overall a good experience.
