Softsfeel Avis 218

Been looking at these shoes (softsfeel.co) for over a year. I really wanted them. I had read all the reviews. I took a chance and got bit. I wear a women's size 10 wide, I ordered a women's size 11 wide. What do I get after 3 weeks of waiting for them to arrive? I get a size EUR 44 regular. Which equals out to a women's US Size 12 regular (narrow). They just barely fit. I wanted, I ordered, I paid for WIDE. They are cute, but I was really wanting something to ease my foot pain. These cheap, crap shoes are going to cause pain not relieve it. They are cheap plastic shoes. Even the insoles they come with are made out of Styrofoam. I bought the insoles they sell on the site as an extra item. I was hoping for extra comfort, but they are thick, cheap, hard dollar store rip off insoles. The only redeeming thing about these shoes are the style of them and color selection. Even at the sale price of $40 USD these shoes are a rip off. Walmart makes better shoes. The crap ones on the pegs with velcro closures are better than these shoes. These shoes do not have any foot pain relieving design. Please, do not waste your money. DO NOT BUY !!! Scam !!!

Ordered my size and it doesn’t fit nor is it remotely comfortable. Scam! Strong chemical smell and a cheap cheap product even though it wasn’t a cheap to buy. I’m on my feet all day and no way will these make it. Ad is deceiving!!! Buyers beware!! Should have known to good to be true!! Obviously ! Came in a bag. Return warehouse is California. Took almost a month to get. Sad and disappointed!!!

Cheap garbage shoes. I Wish there was an option for no stars. These shoes are the cheapest pieces of garbage I have ever bought.

I bought a pair of these shoes.They are advertised as being good for swollen feet. That's if you can get them on. I wear a size 7.5w and couldn't get them on my feet. They won't take them back. All they will give me is a 50% discount on my next order. What a ripoff!

They are absolutely the worst company!!! I ordered shoes and they never came when I emailed them about this they stated my address was wrong apparently the numbers were missing which never happens!!! My local post office stated they sent the package to SENDER... but when I reached out I was told no it got sent back to the delivery company and it bc it was my fault and not theirs they could not refund me or send me another package. They stated they would contact the delivery company to have them redeliver.... 2 weeks later they have stopped communication and no package!!! Beyond angry

This company is a scam don't order these shoes or anything from them. These shoes are made of cheap materials and made our feet hurt more. It's sad that this company would scam people out of their money. And Facebook should be informed about companies like this using there company to reach the consumer to scam them. Shame on Facebook for not screening these companies.

The worst pair of shoes I've ever purchased. There is nothing soft about them, no support, sizing is way off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SHOES. I think the reviews on Facebook are FAKE

This company is a BIG SCAM I never got my shoes and the only way to contact this company is via email. When I contacted them via email they said shoes were delivered and check with my neighbors to see if they have them but I have a ringer doorbell and no one ever approached my home for a delivery and no neighbors showed up on my ringer doorbell BIG SCAM DON'T BUY THESE SHOES!!!!!!!

I brought these sneakers because the advertisement claim they were great for tired, sore feet, etc.., these sneakers are total crap! Sole is hard plastic, strong chemical smell, came in a plastic taped bag. I emailed for return was told I would have to pay for return to China but the shipping address is NY. Return will be more than sneakers cost. Total SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!! stuck with these crappie sneakers smh

I absolutely love mine and I've been telling everyone I know how great they are. Why? Because they are so comfortable for my feet. My left foot has planterfasciitis (can't spell it) I don't end up with that pain even after hours of being activily on my feet. The colours beautiful and I love that they give me some height.. As I'm short for an adult around here. They feel well made too. I really love mine and I want to get more soon!

I bought four pairs of shoes for myself and Friend). Both of us couldn’t believe how uncomfortable these shoes are. And on top of all of that the company removes all the bad reviews so that you think oh my god you’re getting a great pair of shoes and they’re absolute crap. I would throw my money away in the toilet before buying another pair of these stay away.

They rip people off..they do fake advertisement..u get the crappy shoes .u can return them but they give u a china address so that it appears to cost a bundle on shipping ..then offer you 10% of a rebate ...and it happens to me after this with the fake Carhartt jacket same stuff .

Terrible customer service and policies. I bought 4 pairs of sneakers in March-May 2023 and they are literally FALLING APART. 4 PAIRS!! They have 6-8 months wear on them. I sent an email and they “do not do sneaker repairs”. They sent me 20% off BUT why would I pay for more sneakers that fall apart in 6-8 months. I wore them maybe once a week. DO NOT BUY from Softsfeel.co!!!!!

My wonderful fiancé gave me 2 pairs of shoes for Christmas. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and she was so hopeful that these would help.
Well, not only did they not help, they caused my toes to shrivel, my knees turned purple, I became seriously constipated, my vision blurred, my dog started drinking and stealing cats, my house became haunted and my car rusted out and broke down.

Ok so most of that is a total lie but I figured considering how bad these shoes actually are, anything over a 2 star review on here has to be a lie as well so I thought I'd just fit in and write a bunch of lies.

The truth part is the shoes are awful. Rock hard, no padding, no flex, slippery and they smell like something out of a Chem lab.

Trying to return them is proving to be an utter nightmare. Just stay away and keep your dog from becoming an alcoholic!

I had to give them one star but they certainly don't deserve it. What a horrible couple of pairs of shoes. I've never wore a shoe that hurt my feet as bad. Company offered me 20 and then 30% refund to keep the product as it will be a bunch to send them back on the slow boat to China.
One more reason Jeff Bezos is going to take over the world. Never buy anything except from Amazon!

I was in disbelief of what came in the mail. The package wrapped in tape and a black bag. Opened it,, woah the chemical spell hit me.. maybe spray paint. I don’t know. But I had them out a week to air out and it still smells. Anyways I bought these shoes because it’s advertised that it’s shock resistant and great for planters fasciitis. I’m telling you now these are the worst shoes I’ve ever bought in my entire life. The pain of wearing them and what they caused is awful. They are hard as a rock and very slippery as they don’t have rubber on the bottom. The bottom of the shoe is made of some sort of plastic. Do not buy these.. these are dangerous to walk in, and a hazard as you can fall.
I did post a review on their website and they will not allow it to be posted. I have proof of purchase and requested a refund but I don’t think that’s going to happen.
I just seen another ad pop up on my social media and I checked it out. They are not allowing people to comment. This company is sketchy. The five star reviews that they apparently have are all fake.

Don't buy in this website, is fckng scam!!! I ordered a shoes and I paid for expedite and I kept tracking for more that 15days and after.that they sent me a confirmation that my.ordered came, but I didn't receive anything!!! I will never buy from this company anymore!!!

They were the worst shoes I have ever had. I wore them to work and I actually had shooting pains in my feet. I had to go out and buy a pair from Walmart and the pains went away. Waste of 40 dollars.

Recieved wrong shoes. Company says I have to pay to ship them back on their mistake. It will cost me just as much to ship them back then the shoes so I will still be out the money. Definitely would not recommend. Almost seems like a scam
