Thank you again for your order with us. I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration with the delivery, and I completely understand how disappointing delays can be.
I’ve looked into your order and can see it was placed on Saturday 9th, dispatched on Monday 11th, and arrived in Belgium on Tuesday 12th. Because we don’t charge VAT on exports, customs duties and taxes are handled locally by the recipient. In this case, it looks like those weren’t paid until the 19th, which is likely what caused the hold-up.
Once the payment went through, your parcel entered the import process. Most shipments pass through smoothly, but occasionally parcels are selected for extra checks, which can add a bit of time. The good news is that your order has now cleared customs this morning, so you should receive it very soon — likely this week.
I’m so sorry this took longer than expected. While customs delays are unfortunately outside our control, please know that everything on our side was completed properly and on time.
