This whole experience was a nightmare
This whole experience was a nightmare. The sales process? A total mess of dishonesty—confusing, disorganized, and completely lacking any kind of transparency. I thought things would get better but nope, the problems just kept coming. Out of nowhere, fees started piling up. It felt like they were finding new ways to squeeze money out of me, and honestly, it was exhausting. I felt taken advantage of, like I was just a number to them, not a customer they cared about. If you’re thinking about going down this road, please, don’t. Learn from my mistake—there are better, more honest options out there. Save yourself the stress.

Ongoing issues
It started small, just a few extra dollars here and there, but it quickly spiraled. Suddenly, I was stuck—trapped in a cycle I couldn’t get out of, and the stress was overwhelming. Looking back, I wish someone had warned me. Planning your own vacations is almost always the better way to go. It’s cheaper, more flexible, and, most importantly, it doesn’t come with the crushing weight of a timeshare or membership hanging over you.
I fell for their sales pitch. They made it sound perfect, like it would solve all my travel worries. But their tactics were manipulative, designed to push you into saying yes, no matter what. It wasn’t just misleading—it felt downright predatory. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did. Protect yourself. Trust me, it’s not worth it. Getting locked into a loan with rising fees was one of the worst financial decisions I’ve ever made.

Their salespeople are geniuses at lying
Their salespeople are geniuses at lying. Do not fall for anything they say. They'll sell you something cheap, then call back a year later and say they don't even offer what you have because you can't use it, and try to sell you another plan. You will end up in an agreement to pay a loan off, and then continue to pay rising annual fees for the rest of your life. It is so much cheaper to vacation without a timeshare or membership. Trying to get out of it since 2023.

Don’t fall for this so-called “investment.” It’s nothing but a headache. I was duped by the shiny promises of dream vacations and luxury, and encouraged to upgrade only to end up in a nightmare. The reality? Overpriced, underwhelming resorts that fail to deliver on even the basics. Now I’m stuck in an endless contract with ridiculous annual fees that keep piling up. This has been a complete disaster, and I regret every penny I wasted on it. Save yourself the trouble—stay far away!

Their sales representatives are not just persistent—they are incredibly aggressive, often pressuring consumers to sign contracts on the spot without providing adequate time for review. These contracts are filled with fine print and overly complicated terms that are difficult to understand without careful and thorough analysis. Consumers who fail to fully comprehend these terms often find themselves locked into agreements that do not meet their needs or expectations. This high-pressure approach feels manipulative and dishonest, rather than the fair and transparent business practices that consumers deserve.

This company is an absolute nightmare to be stuck in a contract with. Stay away from their resorts; you will have sales presentations that you are stuck in with very pushy people. Once they trick you into signing a contract, you’re stuck for the rest of your life. It is not worth it.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Lied and mislead us. Their resorts charge many extra fees, are old and dirty, and outdated. Their customer service is rude. Total scam of a company. We stayed at their top resort at the beach and left 2 days earlier because room was filled with black mold and my daughter was getting sick.

I’m going to sue this company and everyone of these scammers and I’m going to report business bureau, I’m going to sued this company because this company lied to me. They freaking tricked me had me sit for a hours tell me all kind of lied and tired my ass out and then had me sign this crap contract and now tell me everything is book and a whole different Story than they originally tell me in the beginning. These f scammers stop here today I’m going to put them on the news channel and everywhere.
Unresponsive
It has been several months of us contacting Sapphire Resorts to be let go from our timeshare and they show no signs of any cooperation. So far, they have not offered any help or answers as to why the presentation they gave was almost completely opposite information from what they were actually selling. Their advice is to sell or gift it to someone, which still leaves us on the hook until someone is willing to take it, and no one is. We also do not want to be held responsible for passing this over to an innocent person knowing that Sapphire lied to us about the details of the timeshare.
We have not been able to use it one time. Every time we have attempted to set up a trip, nothing is available regardless of the dates, times of year, or locations. According to the salesman we would have no problem using it, there are a ton of available properties around the world, and worst of all, that it would be worth more money one day!
Do not give this company your business. They will not keep their word, they will not offer solutions or help, and they do not have customer service skills. They lie to make money and lock you into a meaningless contract.

Just got back from Hawaii!! Was only a 4 day stay, which kind of sucked... but for 190 bucks for round trip air and the stay can't complain too much... It was truly amazing! Can't wait for our next Vacay!!

Laziest people and a scam
I have not heard from these people in over 6 months. They are impossible to get ahold of and when I could in the past they simply told us they would not help. It should not be this hard to get someone to answer an email. We’ve never used the timeshare and couldn’t use the free trips because they made it so difficult. They also are not free! There are nonrefundable deposits and extra reservation fees. The trips would cost an extra $600 and there were specific airports we would have to use that would still involve a 14 hour drive to get there. They lied and said 5,000 points would be enough for our family of five to go anywhere at any time. It barely gets us two days. Our points also can only be booked 30 days out, which they never explained, and that makes it impossible to get work off, book flights, etc. I’ve called and tried to reason with them about this twice. I got different answers both times and ultimately told “that’s impossible”. The more information I get from them the more I know they lied to us. Now that I’m trying to cancel this because of their dishonesty, it’s even harder to get answers or hear back. It’s been months and we’ve paid them thousands of dollars to be able to vacation on a yearly basis. We want our timeshare canceled because it obviously do not work the way they say it does and they do not do anything about it.
